Initial Interview
I just performed an initial interview with One CoreDev IT today. Although the interview was virtual, I found it difficult to express myself because of the unwanted noise from my interviewer's background. I think this hugely affected my performance since I encountered a struggle in communicating due to this noise. However, my interviewer is nice and gentle. He has a welcoming voice and speaks professionally.

The interview was very interactive but…
The interview was very interactive but it was still very professional. It felt like a conversation rather than a strict question and answer interview.
