Large pictures
Arrive the day I was informed of however the time was out but that wasn’t a problem. My pictures were very well packed and look beautiful in my newly decorated hall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again from this company.

Fabulous company, great customer experience
Fabulous company, fabulous store. I bought 4 garden planters. They were not only a great price, but their delivery was second-to-none. I had a really exceptional customer experience with lightning-fast delivery of my order. The only sadness is that they have now run out of the planters - and I would very much like some more. We're very sorry to hear that your bedside table arrived damaged and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait in for the delivery only to have to reject the item.
I can see that after you contacted us on Monday, one of our team replied within the hour to offer a replacement and let you know they would personally inspect the new item before dispatch to help ensure it arrived in perfect condition. We haven't yet received a response, but the offer is still open and we'd be more than happy to arrange this for you.

Lovely plant pots!
Bought several plant pots. All look exactly as pictured on the website. Great value and quality. Good delivery. One arrived broken despite being packaged well. After speaking to customer service via chat they immediately sent out a replacement which was packaged with extra wrapping. Highly recommend one.world and will be shopping here again soon.

Poor quality for price point
We purchased the ilkley chest of drawers. Though they are a nice shape they are paint effect (not real wood grain) which is not clear in the detail. The finish is poor with lumps of paint finish on the product. For under £500 I would be satisfied but for near £1000 I do not feel the quality justifies the price tag!

You're right that the finish is a painted/grain-effect rather than natural wood, and I will pass this feedback on to our product team.
