What an estate agent should be. So impressed with Steve Newsham and his team at One Estates. Excellent communication, worked really hard across all parties to get the deal complete. I was also really pleased in how Steve managed our tenant moving in and was super flexible in helping us out.

increased our rent during the pandemic, every room has mould in it, the boiler is on its last legs and we were told the timer doesn't work. stains on carpets and none of the fire alarms worked when we moved in.

Reviewing as a landlord I have found Tracey to be knowledgeable, efficient and possessing of all the attributes needed to keep landlord and tenant happy!
All requests are expertly dealt with and from reception to execution of paperwork they have been brilliant. Vetting and interviewing of tenants is second to none.
Their rates are competitive rewarding landlords for placing more than one property with them.

Have been renting a flat from one estates since March 2018, I have dealt with Tracey from day 1, after moving back from travelling Australia and New Zealand I had nothing but the clothes on my back and the hope that someone would give me a chance at re starting back home, Tracey was the only one who gave me that chance! Very professional, friendly and always at the end of the phone when I need her, even when my toilet broke at 6pm on a Sunday night! She arranged contractors to contact me within the hour and they were with me first thing Monday morning! Always very efficient! I am now looking at another rental property with one estates and was so pleased that Tracey was also managing that property! And I have every faith that she’ll do everything possible to get me, my partner and his twins into our first family home! Thank you for everything so far Tracey and everything to come! 100% would recommend!

I rented a property through One Estates from December 2017 for one year.
I thought it strange that there was only way to access egress property.
Yes there was a front door that did not open as furniture was in the way plus carpet stopped door opening.
Had to ask for a key for it it was not part of the other key offered.
Gutters were over flowing with plants. Back gate broken and rotted, I had to repair. As told to me by Tracey you have signed the tenancy agreement it’s all down you you now.

Kitchen floor I realised moved as I walked on it from side to side. Large piece of glass left in front garden from alteration to shower if I wanted it moved I had to do it.

Big hole in front bedroom floor, could not been seen covered by carpet but very dangerous as you could fall through it if you did not know it was there. I pulled bed over it for safety.

Complained about only one means of access and egress, kitchen floor and bedroom floor.
Doors on sliding door wardrobes hard to close. But as told to me by Tracey you took it on as it was TOUGH.

Finally managed to get kitchen and bedroom floor fixed by September 2018. NOTHING on access and egress. I am now being told by Tracey it’s my fault I should of reported the HEALTH HAZARD of having only one means of escape long ago. She did say I could get out of an upstairs window right over the rear door from kitchen. My only means of access and egress through kitchen. Where do most fires start in a house? Yes the kitchen my escape potentially blocked.

Moved out of house am continuing to fight ONE ESTATES and landlord in the courts.

IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF H&S who rents out a house with only one means of escape. ONE ESTATES of course and Tracey.

AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS LIKE THE PLAGUE AND TRACEY SHE HAS NO CONCEPT OF H & S. She is still telling me it was my fault I should of reported it??? I DID.

But do one estates know the law on only one means of escape from a property, why are they renting out properties like this. Does Tracey know the law. I don’t think Tracey knows much other than avoiding admitting she was wrong and so was ONE ESTATES.
