I’m about a week into using ONA Marine Collagen so it’s still too early for me to comment on long-term results but my first impression has been very positive. One of the biggest things for me with any powdered supplement is whether I’ll actually stick with it, and this one has been surprisingly easy to work into my day. It mixes well into my morning drink without leaving an unpleasant or overly strong taste, which was SUPER important to me. I also really like that it comes in individual packets instead of having to measure out powder from a large container. I can keep a few in my purse or take them with me when traveling and just mix one whenever I’m ready.
