Unusable Half-Finished Machine – Terrible Quality
I purchased the OMTech Polar Lite 55W Desktop CO2 Laser Engraver from their Australian site, expecting a ready-to-use machine for engraving and cutting. Unfortunately, this product is completely unusable.
It arrived as a half-finished product with multiple serious issues right out of the box. The machine simply does not function properly — it feels like a low-quality, unfinished prototype from China rather than a reliable desktop laser engraver. Key components don't work as advertised, setup is frustrating, and basic operations fail.
I have wasted time and money on what was supposed to be a beginner-friendly tool with autofocus, good software compatibility, and solid performance. Instead, it's unreliable and not worth the price.
Very disappointed with the build quality and overall experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.
