Sent me the wrong poster. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my 10 year old. They send me a poster of a woman throwing up in a toilet. Not age appropriate. They asked me to take two pic of the poster I received. I did this and asked them to send me the one I ordered and provided a copy of my receipt. Well, turns out that poster is sold out. Now they are making me take the poster to a UPS store in order to get a refund. I think the least they could do is give me a refund without having to make a special trip to correct their mistake. Ugh!

Really disappointed. Ordered 3 of the sour mystery accessories and was given the same keychain for all 3 ..

ZERO STARS SCAM ALERT SHIPPING CHARGES -3 different times I've been charged a higher price on the shipping charge 3 times total Sour/Guts/Now this last time 08/12/25 standard shipping offered was $19.12 for a book . Go on later standard shipping is $12 that's a $7 difference WTF . I reach out again and crickets. This is the 3rd time NEVER AGAIN FORGET U SINCERELY DAD !

Waiting on a christmas gift I ordered for my daughter in November. They don't answer emails and there is no phone number to contact. No tracking information so I don't even know if it has shipped. $150 for a blanket.

I ordered the GUTS CD on September 24th and I was just now informed (October 19th) that my order was refunded without any explanation. I went to check my account balance, and my money was not refunded. This website is super laggy and clearly wasn’t set up properly. So angry right now. #whatthefuck

SCAM!! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER
Ordered the charm bracelet following the UK tour dates as they had sold out at the venue, received confirmation of the order and have had nothing since. The release date of the bracelet has been pushed back twice and it has now been over two months with no contact from the store.

I ordered merch for my daughter’s birthday which was the 8th. I took her to see Olivia with friends on the 9th (yesterday) and was hoping to have some of the merch for the concert. I placed my order on February 28th and the ship dates were ranging from March 2nd -April 19th so I specifically checked the box that said to ship as ready . NOTHING SHIPPED!!! NOTHING! No one read my order, which said to ship AS READY. I spent over a week trying to explain this fact to them. The last I heard from this store was Monday, April 8th (my 9 year old’s birthday), saying I would get a shipment notification. It’s now the 10th and the concert has passed and the merch at the concert was all men’s 2xL. Why do they do this when they know their fan base is 80 percent women and little girls? I’m so sad that I had nothing to give my daughter on her birthday. This was nearly a $700 order and I feel like it’s a scam! Beware!
