SCAM. Do not buy from them. They make out there a London shop but the parcels come from china. They come very cheap material , nothing like the pictures. They ignore you. You will not give your money back.

They scammed me for a lot of money. Never did get my merchandise. THIS IS A SCAM. I tried ontacting Olivia and Mae and didn’t get a phone call back. SHEAM ON THEM

Bought a dress for £48, expecting it will be a nice decent quality. They sent it from China, although I was expecting a UK company, the dress didn’t fit properly (was way too baggy and wide over the waist), it looked nothing like in the picture. And on the back threads were coming out.
I requested to return the item for a refund, they offered me a partial refund and keep the item. I said that I have no use for the item and want my money back. They sent me the China address to return it to, I did that on 18th of December, 2024. Still no refund. I wrote them a couple of email since then, but they just completely ignored them. So I am down £48.
Read the reviews before buying from anyone online and stay away from this one.

The absolute WORST! They are a scam. Ordered three dresses from them they looked nothing like they did on the website and then sent them back and didn't get a refund.

Do not order from this website. My items arrived 7 weeks after ordering, they were very poor quality and sizing. The material was not even the same material that it was marketed as. It cost me £36 to return the item as it comes from CHINA, not the UK as the website leads you to believe. My return was sent via Royal Mail on 15th Jan 2025 (4 months ago) and still has not arrived as it takes that long to go through customs with the return paperwork that Olivia Mae provide. So almost 7 months later I’m still £130 out of pocket.

SCAM SCAM SCAM .. really cheap quality and top prices .. I sent all goods back cost me £34 to CHINA not uk as advertised!!! Goods got returned but then they got lost in transit !! Offered me 50% back of the £142 plus postage .. 6 months later NOTHING !!!! NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS NOW .. KEEP WELL AWAY !!!

Ordered £200 worth of clothes on in 2024, delievry was later than agreed and clothes dont fir, they dont look anything like the picture. I emailed customer service, they said they couldnt control the third party used for deliveries but it should be with me soon. I asked to return clothes and paid shipping fees, clothes got returned to me after 3 months, not collected from their end. I am stuck with clothes that dont fit anyone.

They have refused to refund my money up to now.

I’m so disappointed. Spent way too much on my order thinking this was a legit UK brand and that it would arrive quickly before a trip away. It took months to come. Each garment was a disaster, terrible fit/awful quality. Offered a partial refund but I insisted on full so was given return details. I returned the parcel to China for another £30, for it to sit in customs forever then be returned to me months later.
Customer Services now ignoring me.
Gutted I fell into this trap. Beware.

Ordered £192 worth of clothes on 9th December, for xmas and my holiday. 1 month later, they still hadn't turned up. I emailed customer service, they said they couldnt control the third party used for deliveries but it should be with me soon. I went on holiday, came back, still no parcel. I've since raised a chargeback as they either havent delivered at all and its a scam or the parcel has gone missing.

They have defended the chargeback and provided "evidence" that the parcel had been delivered, but when I click on the links no evidence there, empty links. I was hoping I could see a photo of where it was left or delivered too, if it went to a neighbor or another house? But nothing there.

If it was delivered to my house, and there is evidence of this on my doorstep, then £192 worth of clothing was left on my doorstep for 7 days and has therefore been stolen. If it had been delievered within the agreed timeframe I would have been there to accept delivery.

I still don't have my new clothes NOR my £192 as the bank wont refund me either. Olivia Mae are still defending that they delivered when they haven't!!

This is a scam company based in China. Last June an order took over a month to be delivered, tried to cancel. As well as being late quality was terrible. Offered 30% refund to keep goods, but i at my own expense paid £30 to return goods to China to address they provided. Goods stuck in customs for months were eventually delivered in Jan 2025. Though when I emailed they said they couldn't find them! The goods were then returned back to me in the original packaging! Disgusting behaviour do not use. Think they have changed their name now. BEWARE

Absolutely shocking customer care I returned a jumpsuit and paid £28 postage to return to china it has been sitting in customs since 7th Jan I have emailed the company numerous times regarding it and no response. I would never order for this site again and would not recommend it.

Absolutely shocking this company is… September 2024 I sent 2 dresses back to the address given in china.. cost me £27.40 the dresses never got picked up from china. So sent back to me. Received them in February 2025… 5 months!!!! They said they would give me 30% of the total cost as refund.. after lots of e-mails they are now ignoring me 😡😡😡😡 shocking company & I wish I had read the reviews before buying. AVOID 😡

I bought a lovely jumpsuit from the company but it came 4 weeks later. When trying to return the website was no longer.
I’ve emailed and they said there systems/website is down and that they’ll honour my return when back up and running. It’s been 3 months now and still nothing. Has anyone had success of contacting the company/getting refund? It literally feels like they’ve blocked my social media account from seeing their webpages, that’s how bizarre it looks from ordering to all of a sudden after receiving they’ve vanished.

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE ITS A SCAM

I never even received the item. It’s been nearly 6 months. They do reply via email but give all sorts of excuses (systems are down, can’t process refund…) and will just refuse to give you your money or product.

They are scammers and thieves.

The quality of clothes was absolutely terrible and when I emailed for refund they stopped responding after a while. I will absolutely do not recommend. DO NOT BUY!!!

I wish I could rate it lower. Absolutely shocking service. Stupidly didn't read reviews and now lost £55 on a dress which was so far from the picture it was laughable. Paypal did nothing to help get money back so just a frustrating scam of a site.

This is a SCAM, do not touch this company with a bargepole!

God I wish I had read these reviews before getting sucked in. I ordered a jacket and it fits as if it was Made by a blind man. £70 down the drain, and no responses to my emails now. I'm sure they will disappear into thin air shortly but I suspect they will suck some silly hopefuls (like myself..,) in first.

I believe this is what is referred to as fast fashion. I can't believe I fell for it. What a twit
