Received the Bejewelled Classics Rainbow Interlink Ring Gold for my birthday. Was so happy and received so many compliments, but within a couple of months it was tarnishing, losing stones and turning my finger black and green. I understand losing the gold plating, but for the price and reputation of this brand, you’d expect sterling silver underneath or something that doesn’t stain, not cheap zinc and copper. I contacted customer services to simply be told this was normal and wouldn’t be considered a manufacturing fault. Bitterly disappointed.

Above and beyond what i expected! Ordered a gold rainbow bracelet for a gift and it arrived in the most stunning box, all with lovely tissue paper and wrapped up so beautifully! The bracelet is gorgeous on its own but the way it arrives makes it 10 times more gorgeous!

I bought Olivia Burton Butterfly series watch as a Christmas Gift to my wife 2 years ago and she loved it with tears BUT, the watch do not last as after barely a year, the minute hand just came off. As the reseller(City Chain) of this watch in my Country, Singapore stop distribution, they do not honor the warranty and ask me go else where to repair this watch. The watch is definitely beautiful but the workmanship and materials quality is on peer with the $2 mass produced watch from China/Thailand you can find in any street market. Leather strip simply just peeled and dis-coloured and the metal butterfly icon darken and fades in shininess. Today I am looking for another watch as a gift and came across your brand but, how I am a to dare to buy your watch with such poor quality again?

I am not insulting but to feedback that such nice designer's watch should pair with great workmanship or at least make it a standard quality that is beyond any watch you can buy cheaply from street vendors. The warranty from distributor wasn't even strictly honored too. These definitely discounted my trusts and confidence towards Olivia Burton. Kindly take this feedback in to heart as I still have faith in this brand but not want to be disappointed by the quality again.

Look at the standard reply from the service recovery team. Not even to my point of poor materials and workmanship standard. Viewers be the judge.

For me I haven’t worn a watch in absolute years as I never found my dream watch but now this little beauty will stay with me when and where ever I go

I bought a watch from Olivia Burton for my wives birthday. Before giving it to her, I had some links removed so it would fit her after opening it. Sadly when opened, the watch had a fault on the face.

I was worried that I would have invalidated the return policy by removing links.

I contacted the returns department and the service I received from Libby was fantastic. I was given the link to a return slip and instructions on exactly what to write so that the process would run smoothly. They have fitted a new face to the original strap and sent me it back in less than a week.

Ive owned OB watches for over 5 years now, my first being bought at a Topshop in the brands opening days, this watch is still going strong and is one of my most worn - I have replaced the watch strap once and also mix and match my straps and dials often which I really love! I also cannot say enough good things about my house of hugged earring set I always get complimented on them and I mix and match the charms!

I bought a watch that was beautiful when I first bought it, but after only 3 months the watch strap is looking extremely worn. I would expect more from a watch that cost £99 and it will now cost even more to order a new one and be fitted by a jeweller. I wish I would have known beforehand.

Wish I could write a good review but I can’t. I bought a silver large dial watch back in 2017. I subsequently bought a watch for my niece’s 30th birthday and my daughter’s graduation as I loved the design.
Imagine my dismay when the number markers on my watch started to fall off! I’ve owned many watches in my 55 years and never have I had one where the numbers fell off. On contacting Customer Service I was simply directed to a repair site and the cost to repair is half the price of the watch. Bitterly disappointed. I can’t recommend Olivia Burton watches for this reason. The watches are not fit for purpose.

I was very upset when I lost my watch recently. The customer service advisor could not have been more helpful in offering other options. When we realised my design had been discontinued he found the same watch via Amazon. I am delighted because I love the design and wouldn't want a different design. Thank you for such helpful advice.

I am delighted with this. It arrived promptly, the design was every bit as lovely as it looked on the website and the quality is very good indeed. It will be the perfect watch for summer, and in years to come a joyous reminder of what we've all been through and how we came out of it.

My son knows I am a great admirer of Olivia Burton having, in the past, given me a beautiful hummingbird watch, this week he was finally able to deliver my Christmas present - a set of the House of Huggie Rose Gold Earrings. I was so pleased but unfortunately one of the earrings had a weak clasp. I emailed Customer Service and had an instant reply offering assistance. Fortunately the problem was solved with a small adjustment and I am back to wearing my wonderful gift.

I have been very lucky to have been gifted several watches, necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings from Olivia Burton over the years.
The quality, design and the packaging alone are always amazing! Because of this I have purchased other jewellery for friends and family, this review is also to rate the excellent customer service I have received also thanks to Libby in customer services.
I purchased a necklace and gift set box (highly recommended) i ordered on my phone but my phone would not let me select is this a gift/gift message (printed on OB card an extra nice touch) so I emailed and Libby efficiently showed me what to look out for in future and also if I told her what I would like she would quickly add it to my order before it was dispatched, she did this so quickly, professionally it really made me appreciate the staff this excellent company hire also. There's always a personal touch with Olivia Burton and also with the customer service, thank you Libby you've added to my positive experience and I know my little niece will love the extra gift message. I was shocked to see these reviews as I have been gifted/purchased since I'd say about 2016... background im a 28yr old female. I have contacted customer service previously for a watch strap issue, again nothing but helpful and rectified within a matter of days. I have 3 watches and have had no issues over the years with those or jewellery. Highly recommended also staff on Instagram super helpful!
