Did not tell us about the copyright charges associated with logo generation until the very end. Cost more than the art generation. Keep that in mind, bc they will not release it otherwise. The sales team should educate potential customers of all fees associated as to not upset people.

For a design project that should of taken 48 hours we are now into week eight and have still not come to a completed project. I have been passed between around four managers who over promise and defiantly under deliver. I have been called by this company several times at 1am and 2am as there website suggests they are a UK company they are most defiantly not.
The Trustpilot score they advertise on there website is also inaccurate it should be 8.8 at present.
I am now seeking a full refund and compensation for the time this has taken.

My advice to anyone that is looking to work with this company is steer clear.

They created a very good logo for my company and also designed my business cards. Overall I am satisfied. Tyron has provided good customer service. Thank you!

UPDATE: Further along in the design process and Tyrone Hobbs at Olivelogo has been by my side every step of the way. Every late night question answered promptly, every redesign comment handled and perfected quickly. This company continues to blow away the competition in every manner. If you need anything designed, look no further than Olivelogo.

They are slow and unprofessional!
They are way slower than what they promise you at the stage of selling you a package! Some contingency and delays are acceptable however their delays are beyond reason considering the number of times I've expressed the emergency nature of the project and how they have assured me that hey will deliver in time!
I have spoken to Mathew and Tyrone several times via email and every time they promise the delivery, I'm still waiting...
Their delays caused me to give the web design to another supplier, so my website is up and running now however they didn't refund my money, although they hadn't even started the build of the website. Instead, they got me to agree to design other stuff for the money I had paid such as letterhead, business card etc.7 days after they agreed to deliver these in a couple of days, and I only have received the initial designs in a different format from what I had asked for. I'll continue pushing so that they will at least work for the money I've paid. The designs are not great and the hassle and delays are not worth working with them. My recommendation is to stay away from them. They are not worth the money you spend.
I will write another review to let everybody know how things end up between us! It's tiring though, the chase and the whole experience.

I am so thrilled with OliveLogo and Tyrone! The services they provided were top notch! He really listened to my requests. My final logo was exactly what I envisioned. When I gave them the go ahead, I received the final zip file within 24hrs! So great!!
