Paul and Brandon visited for a rodent problem, the knowledge they talked about and experience they used to contain the rodents was amazing. These guys really get into the habits and psychology of the rodent to ensure the problem is eradicated.

We contacted Old Bills Pest Control after discovering a wasp nest in our garden, and they were absolutely excellent from start to finish.
They responded quickly, arrived on time, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The treatment was carried out professionally and safely, and the nest was dealt with efficiently. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and reassuring they were — especially with children around, which was a big concern for us.
The whole process was straightforward, stress-free, and very reasonably priced. Within a short time the wasp activity had completely stopped.

I have worked with old bills for many years undertaking CCTV drainage investigations to ascertain how rats are entering customers properties when there is no obvious external points of entry. Its great that their engineers offer this service to their clients rather than just keep taking money for repeated treatment, I always recommend them to friends and family as I know the high standards adhere to.

I recently have had a problem with Glis Glis. I contacted Old Bill's Pest Control on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disppointed, Jack arrived at the appointed time, assessed the problem and gave me a written report,he has carried out the work and we have had a satisfactory outcome. 5 star service would highly recommend this company.

John came out to deal with a wasps’ nest in our garden and the service was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure the area was safe afterwards. The difference was immediate and we’ve had no issues since.

Old bills are the absolute best. Highly professional, super efficient and get the job done. Unfortunately we had rats manage to make their way in to our house (eek). Old bills were over asap and sorted it and we haven't had an issue since! They're the best!

We had a great consultation from Jack, he helped us realise we didn't have the problem we thought we had, it was much simpler and he spotted how the little blighters we're getting in and gave great advice on an easy fix to stop them. We'd previously used a company who seemed happy to just 'keep on top' of things and keep coming back to help, so it was a real change to have someone find a solution.
