Über The Oil-Club
Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
The Oil-Club is the largest family-run oil club in the UK, with over 10 years of experience looking after our 130,000 members interests, securing great rates and reducing the amount of heavy-goods traffic through our villages every day.
Our service is free and it's easy, and our aim is simple - to save you money. By grouping our club orders, we save our members £100's on the cost of heating oil each year, and reduce harmful CO2 emissions, it's a win-win.
Our ordering weekends are open every Friday-Monday, and our team are online 7 days a week, 364 days a year to provide support and help you save time and money.

Hi Ian,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a nice review! Your support over the years is very much valued. And it's great to hear you continue to be happy with our deliveries too.
Have a lovely Christmas.

Excellent service from the Oil Club for eight years now.
I have used the Oil Club for eight years and have had no issues. The last order was more problematical, in that the actual supplier let me down four times! However, an email to the Oil Club complaining about the supplier, produced a delivery the following morning. This of course may have been entirely coincidental, or my Critical Delivery required email direct to supplier produced a response.
I have not done any price comparisons, so it might well be slightly cheaper to go direct to a supplier, but, hopefully if they are ordering in bulk and deliveries are scheduled appropriately then it should be more environmentally friendly.

I’ve used the oil club for a number of years now and have found them to be very straightforward and reliable. I often check their rates with various suppliers and it’s always a bit cheaper, sometimes pennies and other times a bit more so it’s always worth the savings. I would recommend.

I wrote an honest review - oil club tried to remove it.
I wrote an honest review. The Oil Club then tried to remove this review because it was not favourable and had low stars, so manipulating the truth about their signifcant failures. Please take that into account when you consider them; they do not communciate, they do not stick to deadlines. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Post oil club response - and now look, they want to be abusive to me, trying to shame me for speaking the truth about their failure to deliver, and then they try and remove the review by instigating a ‘this review is not about us’ through trust pilot. Honest ones to show their behaviours. Instead of trying to resolve, or improve their customer raervice, they want to belittle and abuse the customer. Speaks for itself!!

Dear anonymous,
You have now left us a second 1 star review with no facts or details at all. We simply asked you on your first review to advise who you are, so we can locate your account and 1) understand what happened, 2) see if we can help in any way, and 3) provide an accurate response to you. You declined to tell us who you are or respond to our requests, therefore we have no idea what the problem was, if your complaint genuine, or if you are a competitor perhaps (as we have had this happen before and be proven to be the case). Therefore, we flagged your review to Trustpilot to ask them to review it to see if they could determine if it was genuine or not and to consider removing it. We are a small, hard working team and reviews like this do not accurately reflect our work or service, and without any idea of who you are or what the issues you faced were, we simply cannot provide any help or response.
Kind regards,
The Oil-Club

Best price & excellent service…
When I moved into my house nearly 7 years, it was the first time with Oil boiler. Looked around all over the Internet for the first few months for the best price until I came across Oil Club. It has been brilliant. Getting an email every weekend on the new price and putting your order in. So easy, best prices and prompt delivery. What not to like about getting the best price for your oil. Can't recommend them higher. Excellent service too. Highly recommend joining your local Oil club.

Takes the stress out of oil deliveries
Have been using the oil club for many years now. Love the fact that an email comes in on a Friday with their price for the order with time to check the tank level and price comparisons before placing your order for anything from 500 ltrs upwards. Very rare that they are not the cheapest. Always reliable and get notification when the order is on its way which is important with electric gates and dogs!! We need a small tanker as we are on a narrow country lane and this always happens automatically.

We have used The Oil Club regularly for several years now and cannot fault them. Prompt deliveries and always cheaper than any other quotes we have received. Their weekly price notification is a really helpful way of keeping an eye on how the market is going. Can thoroughly recommend.

I have used the oil club before
I have used the oil club for many years. Their rate arrives like clockwork every Friday teatime via email. You have to place your order by 11am on the Monday. This gives you ample time to get competitive quotes. The price quoted is usually the cheapest for the minimum quantity, which is 500 litres. You get an email confirming your order and an estimate of how long before delivery. I was expecting to wait around 8 working days, it came in 3. Excellent. As usual the tanker driver was lovely and efficient. Definitely recommend the oil club.

Cheaper and very efficient
I’ve been with the Oil Club for years now and always check around only to find they’re nearly always cheaper. This time by 8ppl. It’s a very efficient service and I’ve never been let down. I would highly recommend joining an Oil Club as the bulk buying and area delivery definitely saves members money.
