Friendly and efficient service
From placing order to delivery I have found the process to be quick and easy. The Oil Club always keep me informed by e-mail. They also provide updates with weekly oil rates. Delivery is always prompt and the suppliers are friendly.

THEY DID NOT DELIVER BY THE DATE…
THEY DID NOT DELIVER BY THE DATE PROMISED AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME TO EXPLAIN WHY.
WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO ASK ABOUT THE DELIVERY, THE OIL COMPANY EVENTUALLY CAME BACK SAYING THAT THEY HAD A NOTE ON THEIR RECORDS FROM 2022 SAYING THE TANK WAS UNSAFE, THEY TOOK FULL PAYMENT THOUGH! THE TANK WAS REPLACED SINCE 2022 BUT NOBODY CHECKED THIS WITH ME.
I'M STILL WAITING TO FIND OUT IF THEY INTEND TO DELIVER AND CAN GET NO REPLY FROM CERTAS AND CAN'T PHONE THE OIL CLUB ONLY EMAIL.
NEXT TIME GO DIRECT TO THE OIL COMPANY AS DEALING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO AND WHO CAN'T GIVE YOU THE NUMBER OF THE OIL COMPANY IS FRUSTRATING!

Thank you for your review and I'm very sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with us this time around, I have located your account and can see our team did everything they could to try and get your delivery organised with the supplier in question, but were unable to get a delivery time arranged within the timeframe. This is an uncommon occurrence and does not reflect our usual high level of service, we will be sure to look into this with this supplier and see how we can avoid having this happen again in the future.
Yes, we are an online-only company, as not only does this mean everything is tracked so we know exactly what is going on at any given time and can pull up past conversations and know what needs to be done right away, but also call centres are hugely expensive to run and in order to keep our costs as low as possible for our members we run as efficiently as we can, so we can pass on any extra savings directly to our members.
We do provide the suppliers phone number at the time of ordering, should you wish to contact them directly yourself, and our customer service team can also provide this at any time upon request. However, we are also happy to manage all of the communications on behalf of our members to save them time and energy, and to try and make the whole process as easy as possible.
I'm very sorry again that you had issues with this latest order, thank you for your support in the past and we hope you will give us another chance in the future so we can make things right and show you our usual exemplary service.

The Oil Club is price competitive and reliable. I habitually check prices against their quoted price
and they are excellent. Suppliers' staff are mainly friendly and accommodating and I have no hesitation in recommending the Oil Club after over a decade of using them.

Great Way to Buy Your Oil
Buy through The Oil-club if you want a good price and the quick, efficient ordering. Great way to do it. Straightforward, easy to see pricing and just takes seconds to order when you need to. In the 15 years I used them The Oil-club never let me down. Have moved so no longer buy oil but I would recommend that this is the way to do it.

I have been a member for many years and
I have been a member for many years and have been so happy with the service provided. Unfortunately, my oil boiler started leaking oil and was condemned by my engineer. I now have a heat pump system which has now been installed.
If you have an oil boiler, I would highly recommend the Oil Club to you.

Always a prompt service
Always a prompt service and a clean delivery. I have not had any problems with my Oil Club (Stone and Swynnerton).
Prices are always competitive, never felt I have been overcharged. Friendly and helpful staff if I have a difficulty about anything, oil, tank, time of delivery etc.
