Was sent the wrong order and then…

Was sent the wrong order and then contacted customer service three times and never received a reply. Would never use again and advise anyone to avoid.

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with us this time round.

As my colleague explained in his emails with you, unfortunately, your communications were filtered into our junk folder, as shown in the screenshots sent (possibly due to the attached images); and as a result, we did not receive them.

We do take pride in our customer service, and unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to get back to you as we were unaware that you had reached out about your order.

We have taken steps to try and prevent this happening in the future.

I can only apologise again for the frustration that I am sure this caused - as a small business it is frustrating for us too when issues like this arise. While we were unable to rectify this for you due to your emails being filtered, I am glad that you were able to find a solution to the problem on your end, and we would be delighted to serve you again should you choose to shop with us again in the future.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!

If I could put 0 stars I would I as I have no order to review. I ordered from this company last year and never received my order. I contacted the company and they apologised and asked if I would still like my order which I said yes. Still received nothing and almost a year down the line I’m still waiting for the order. I hate doing negative reviews as I understand the impact it can have but I think I’ve have give them more than enough chances now. Please don’t waste your money by using this company.

I have to say the SodaPup Honey Pot is the dogs'...

A really robust product, far more durable than similar ones we've bought in the past. Simply fill it with raw food, pop it in the freezer... absolutely perfect for our Labradors' breakfasts - keeps them entertained for a good 10-15 minutes.

Terrible delivery time

Terrible delivery time, it took over a week to arrive. Previous supplier would have delivered in 2 days.

Unfortunately, once we have dispatched an item we have no control over the shipping speed or any delays that your parcel may encounter.

Worked out in the end

I ordered the no rinse dog shampoo spray but it arrived with a broken top. I contacted Oh Doggy by email, as they have no telephone contact number, and within a few hours had a response from them. After sending photos of the damaged item they have agreed to send me a replacement one, for which many thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I am sorry that you had a poor experience.

From my understanding, this item was not damaged at the time of packaging (we agree that there is no sense in packaging and sending a damaged item. We take every precaution to prevent damage to items as they progress through the shipping network, however, sometimes damages can happen despite our best efforts, in which case we work to put this right for our customers.

We believe that this has happened in transit as we do not ship damaged products; if a product is ordered and found to be damaged as we are packing it we make contact with the customer to offer a refund, or we reorder the product from our supplier where possible so that we can send one out in good condition if the customer is happy to wait a little longer for their item).

I have contacted you via email regarding this item and we can either ship you out a replacement for the item that arrived damaged or process a refund for this item.

We are open on Saturdays, and aim to respond to any emails received as promptly as possible. We appreciate that it can be frustrating to wait for a response when you have an issue, however as a small business with a small team we do our best to respond to any queries within 24 hours, although it is often much sooner than this.

I can see from checking your order that you paid £2.99 for the delivery of your items. I would have to respectfully contest that this is not "hefty", and is reasonably in line with shipping charges from a lot of other online retailers.

I hope this helps, and I will keep an eye out for your email reply so that we can put this right for you either through replacing the product for you or refunding you for the item in question.

FAULTY GOODS

One of the Ovo egg toys was faulty on receipt of the goods. Company refused to replace and have not responded to my further email.
Bad customer service. I would not recommend this company

I am a little confused as to which further email you are referring to, as I am unable to find one on our email system when I search your name. The last email I can find from you has been responded to - my apologies if you have missed this.

As mentioned in our last email to you, we are unable to split a set of the Ovo eggs to replace the one that was damaged during play as per our policy, however, we did offer that you could return the items to us for a refund.

You are still very welcome to return this item to us for a refund less our original shipping costs, as mentioned in our email to you and in line with our refunds and returns policy.

Please feel free to reach out to us again via email and we will get this process started for you.

Waste of time

Decent prices but waited 5 days for my order, no sign of it. Contacted them to ask where my order is and they then said they don’t ship over weekends but have realised they don’t have the stock anyway and so just cancelled my order!! Total waste of time, avoid.

I placed my order 7 days ago…

I placed my order 7 days ago and it arrived today, which isn't what is stated on the website. I didn't receive any delivery updates and didn't know it was coming today. No response to my email requesting expected delivery date. 2x12kg bags of Tribal arrived. No best before dates on either. So I can only hope all is okay. Will write to Tribal to advise. Sadly I don't think I would use Oh Doggy again.
