An item was out of stock so they immediately changed order and refunded for the missing item.

Sent our package to the wrong address, asked me to personally go and knock on the door of where it was sent. I went there and they never received the package. I then emailed them and they said they were out of stock.

Delivery didn't take too long however purchased a eye shadow and lash kit with some body jewellery. It arrived in thin plastic packaging NO BUBBLE WRAP OR PADDING so the mirror was broken and eyeshadow smashed! It was for a Christmas gift too. I rmailed the company and did NOT even get a reply! I was extremely disappointed. The website says you can't even swap in store. Won't purchase breakable items again.

Products were packaged securely, faster than expected delivery. They couldn't supply one item, and let me know straight away.
I wanted a new retro dress and cardigans. The cuts were perfect. I love that OYT is an alternative to shopping at Dangerfield. Ophia is a really lovely looking brand.
