I bought the advertised online product, came through the mail, gummies wS different than advertised! They were red fruit shape and not blue gummy bears! Have taken them for better than 2 weeks and have not seen a change in anything! Penis size is still the same and no change in sexual performance!! Ordered 5 bottles! Did they send me a low grade generic gummies? If they would send me the original gummies that are advertised I would be happy, even if they would show show some improvement, as of right now I am a dissatisfied customer! If the company would send me the correct ones, I wouldn't be so mad! Atleast one bottle to try!!

Customer service is non existent. Ordered on December 03 it's now Dec.21 still have not received this item ordered from tik tok never buy from them again. Another china rip-off

SCAM – I Never Received My Order or My Money Back!

I’m extremely disappointed and want to warn others: do not trust Vital Boost. I placed my order in March 2025 and never received anything. After over two months, I still have no product, no refund, and no real help from their team.

At first, they blamed “technical glitches” and promised tracking info that went nowhere. Then they told me my order was “on the way,” but I never received it. Despite multiple follow-up emails, all I got were generic responses with empty promises and no resolution.

They stopped replying completely after saying they’d “escalate to their admin team.” It’s been weeks since then—still nothing.

This brand is a scam. Avoid wasting your money. If you’ve been scammed too, I recommend filing a complaint with your bank or card provider and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or your local consumer protection agency.

After seeing numerous ads on Instagram, I placed an order and paid via SHOP for their D3K2 vitamins on March 7. It's already end of May and I still have not received my order (AI77289XC). I've contacted them via email, via SHOP, via Instagram DM but received no response. As a last resort, I contacted my credit card company to open a dispute. Sure enough, someone finally emailed me and asked me why I asked for a chargeback. Wow, the audacity! Anyway, sender's email address didn't even seem legit (it has a series of numbers). I replied to demand a refund immediately. ［Updates］I checked my credit card online and saw that money has returned to me now.

I placed my order March 9th and now its May 23rd and I never received my order! I have sent numerous emails to them with no luck of getting a refund. I'm angry as it cost me £39.46. I will have to try getting a refund from my bank. Horrible company in China, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered Vit D3 K2 supplements in March 2025. Received my order, however the company continued to charge my credit card for $29.99 USD on April 10, 2025 and May 8, 2025. These charges were unauthorized and no product was received. I reached out to the company to request a refund for these unauthorized charges. They did not respond. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company.

​I recently purchased "High Strength Capsicum Cayenne Pepper" capsules from this Warrington-based company via eBay (Batch: 4829 459; Expiry: 01/07/2027). After inspecting the product, I am convinced these capsules contain 100% filler with no active cayenne pepper whatsoever.
​Why I am certain this product is fraudulent:
​The "Squeeze" Test: The gelatin capsules were only half-full. When squeezed, they felt mostly empty, containing only a small amount of red-colored powder.
​The Taste Test: Cayenne pepper is famously pungent. I opened three capsules and placed the entire contents (a full tablespoon) directly into my mouth. I waited for one minute and felt absolutely no heat or sensation. It was completely inert filler.
​The "Instant Refund" Red Flag: As soon as I raised the issue, the company immediately offered a refund. In my experience, this is a tactic used by unethical sellers to keep customers quiet and prevent formal complaints.
​Action Taken:
I refused the refund as I have no interest in the money; I am interested in consumer safety. I have reported the company to eBay to ensure a formal complaint is registered. I have since disposed of the product.
​Verdict:
This company is selling "utter garbage." Whether the product is five years out of date or simply fake, it is not what is advertised. Be extremely cautious—they may simply change their company name and continue this practice. Always check the contents of your supplements.

I have NOT received my order which was placed on 9/3/25, after number of attempts to follow up , I only get a what seems like automated reply. Asked for refund.. again..no reply only automated response.
Checked with tracking number they have not received the package.
So from my experience do not bother ordering as don’t think there is a real person to help / customer service.

I never received my order. I reached out via email and received a confusing response about a return, which I never requested or mentioned. Your communication has been inconsistent, and at this point, I’m very frustrated. I have not received the product I paid for, and if this is not resolved promptly, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

If you're allergic to shellfish, but you need an omega-3 supplement without iodine, this is the one for you. I had a algae-based supplement, but it had added iodine. Had to have I-131 treatment and these were a great option. Going to stick with them!

I purchased the vitD3 k2 product and since using the products 20,000iu my vitamin D levels have dramatically dropped after having a blood test.

Is this product real I do not think so anymore!

I did receive a delivery of softgels. A generic, unbranded pack from China. I was sent half the amount of what I had purchased. Customer service is polite but refuses to resolve the situation. I'm proceeding a claim with my bank. I don't recommend this company at all. Zero integrity and false advertising which I just can't support.

Scam stay away!!! They will not send the product you ordered and if you ask for a refund they just ignore you. Do not use total BS!!!!!
