Amazing staff !!!
I had such a fantastic experience at the Office store in Bath today while shopping with my son for a classic pair of Timberland boots for university. Sean looked after us and was absolutely amazing! I was actually ready to head home as I was tired, but Sean – along with his young team of colleagues – went above and beyond. They kindly carried out all the online research to find exactly what my son wanted and were so accommodating.
Even though it was close to closing time, we never once felt rushed. We ended up not only finding the perfect boots but also purchasing two pairs and spending £400 – all thanks to their outstanding service.
I can’t recommend the Bath Office store highly enough. Thank you to Sean and the team for making what could have been a quick browse into such a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience!

Always on point.
