Prompt service and delivery
Prompt service and delivery, chair is great for home working, probably would buy more expensive models for the office with adjustable lumbar though.

Excellent after sales care
Excellent after sales care.
Purchased a drawer unit late afternoon, and it was delivered first thing the next day.
Unfortunately the item was damaged. I contacted customer service and they responded super quickly, arranging a replacement of the damaged item, which arrived next day.
Understand that these things can happen, and so, it is always a sign of a company's service with how they deal with issues.

Prompt service quality product
Prompt service, overall quality product, slightly let down by the feet underneath the filing cabinet that are adequate but could have been designed a bit better for ease of use

Great Company, service and website, a huge selection with comprehensive details about each chair I viewed making it easy to make the correct choice.
Delivery was equally impressive, providing a great quality product and assembly of the chair very straight forward.

Great chair, delivered in good time. Next chair we’ll choose the setup option as the box was well heavy, but we got her on her feet and it’s lovely. Thanks, Boffins!

Desk came without legs
I placed an urgent order with Office Boffin for an office desk on 24 February 2026. The desk arrived on time, but surprisingly it was delivered without any legs, making it completely unusable.
We contacted Office Boffin several times, and were initially told the missing parts would arrive the next day. It is now 5 March 2026, and we still have not received the desk legs.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The delay has affected our ability to set up a workspace for a new advisor, and despite multiple follow‑ups, there has been no resolution.
Based on this experience, we will not be using Office Boffin again, and we cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Let down by service
Extremely poor service. Took my money for the purchase. DHL claimed to have tried delivering the item (even though my wife works in the room next to the front door and was in all day), we received no calling card. Office Boffins refused to help me saying I had to take it up with DHL directly, with no contact or reference number offered to me. It also took me sending several messages to get the response that they would not be helping me further.

Update:
Hi John,
Normally, when a delivery fails you would receive a text message from the carrier so you can rearrange it to suit. Something has gone wrong there and we're really sorry about that. The board has arrived back with the warehouse now and they are getting it back out to you. Hopefully the delivery will go smoothly this time. Do let us know if you need anything else.

Good morning John,
Sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. We're trying to find out what happened and we'll be back to you as soon as we can.
