Great concept, HORRIBLE execution
Marketing and paid ads? Very well done. When is comes to executing the product and service? Horrendous!! I swore off this company a couple years ago when I experienced issue after issue with them. Ordered earrings and when I received a different pair and contacted them about it, they told me the ones I ordered sold out… did they think they could get away with sending me a similar shaped earring (uglier and cheaper looking) and I wouldn’t care? No notice about my order being sold out. It was shady! Then were the shoes I included in that order. It took about 2 months of back and forth emailing until they shipped them out to me. When I finally received them… WRONG SHOES! I eventually received the correct ones but holy crap I couldn’t believe the consistency of careless errors.
Fast forward about 2 years to now, when I’m getting blasted with these ads and I’m thinking, “you know what? Maybe they’ve improved after all this time.” Nope! Paid the almost $10 for 2-4 day shipping on a pair of jeans and at day 8 of no shipping confirmation I emailed them and they sent the confirmation through. I’ll say that I live in LA where they have a storefront and there was no option to pick up the pants. They shipped it from LA so I received it within 2 days.
Unfortunately they didn’t fit and there’s a lovely option to exchange for a different size and confirm a new order upon request. I returned the original order within 2 days. It took almost TWO WEEKS after the new confirmation for them to ship it out and multiple emails that they did not respond to. This is the nail on the coffin for me with this business. Y’all had a lot of promise, but the consumer experience ruins it all for me. I recommend using some of that $$$ you use on paid ads and put it towards operations and customer service. Byyyeee
