I LOVE my boxes every week, produce is always fresh and I get enough reoccurring familiar options like broccoli mixed in with some new fruits/veggies that I can make my standard meals but also branch out and try new things! Saves so much money

Such a great concept! I love the variety of fruit and vegetables. It's a lot of fun to plan recipes each week. The produce is in perfect condition and you get great value for your money.

So easy to do. Like that you can skip a week. Although I wish it was set up with the default not getting the box and then the option to opt in if you want it, as I don’t need one every week.

I am enjoying getting so many different vegetables in my box and learning different ways to cook them. It has expanded my meal selections and increased my veggie intake. Healthy! I do find that even a small box is too much for me every week so I need to skip boxes to keep up.

This is great idea! It saves money on produce, the product is fresher than what I find in the grocery stores and often of better quality. It saves me a lot of trips to the store. The customer support is also very responsive. I love the idea of reducing food waste. My only issue has been with delivery which has been a sore point. Boxes consistently delivered at the wrong location, at really odd hours (very late at night) despite very specific instructions, or left in the blazing heat or freezing cold which spoiled the produce. After many complaints, it has improved somewhat. It would be great to be able to specify a delivery timeline or alternate location (like the convenience store down the street) for when I am not home to bring in the box.

I've been really enjoying my experience with Odd Bunch so far! I'm wasting a lot less produce, planning meals around what I have that week, and using produce that I don't normally reach for which is fun! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to save money on produce!

Here in Ottawa, Ontario, started a couple of months ago. Fell instantly in love with the concept. Just before joining had bought a book on the negative impacts to our bodies from ultra processed foods. So, deciding to join OddBunch was a godsend.

I ordered the juices (6 x 300ml each) three times now. The first time, the bottles were present in my box of produce. But, the last 2 times the juices are completely absent. Period. So, the first time the juices were absent was last Friday, and the 2nd time was this Friday. Maddening. Like, why post the availability of the juices on their site if they don't get delivered. Not sure if it's a coordination thing or what.

Aside for the problems ordering juices and not receiving them - have been quite pleased with the overall quality of fruits and veggies. I mean, sure, some weeks are better than others for selection content - but overall freshness and quality has been superior to that of most supermarkets. I judge this by the length of time my produce lasts before turning. So, that said, the freshness is quite impressive.

If it were not for the missing juices, I would rate them 6 stars out of 5!

I guess I'm just pretty p!ssed that my juices have been excluded 2 weeks in a row. I only had the juices the first time I ordered. I really like them. The taste is natural / fresh. Six run at $21 - so they are not giving them away. I read one review where someone was whining on about how watered down the juice was. Not sure what flavour of the 4 offered that was. No complaints on the Tropical Twist or Mandarin ones. They are neither thick nor watery. They were just plain good, like what I expected for that price.

its been great receiving these boxes on a Friday. I can use the weekend to prep and try new recipes. It can be fun getting a new ingredient and learning to cook something i haven't tried before. I do like its saving "ugly" produce and preventing food waste.

I absolutely love receiving fresh fruit and veggies every week, and the quality is always amazing, never anything bad, soft or off. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish I could customize a little bit more - I end up giving away food that we don't want. (I don't need 6 lemons...)

I’ve been using Odd Bunch for about 6weeks now and am absolutely impressed with the quality of produce I receive!

Worst customer service ever! I cancelled my order for March 14. I was charged a late fee, which I’m OK with. My order was delivered anyway. I didn’t get my delivery the following week though. I’m assuming that I won’t be getting my order tomorrow either, as I haven’t been getting any emails with regards to my order on Saturday.
They typically don’t reply right away, if they reply at all.

The experience has been, overall, fantastic! Email communication is excellent, the produce is fantastic (and on the rare occasion where an item *isn’t* in great shape, they’re very quick to respond and rectify the issue), and the delivery is so quiet my dogs (who bark at leaves blowing in the wind) have yet to bark when the box arrives.

The only minor issue we’ve experienced is the juice variety box isn’t updated on the website, so while we thought we were getting a different variety of juice for the week, it ended up being the same as the previous weeks.

Great variety of healthy food. I love the surprises every week. A small box feeds our family of 4- (2 university students that are in and out.)
I find I have become really creative with the variety and use a lot of foods I wouldn’t normally buy, which is a healthy habit. It does sometimes seem like a lot of food for us, but I pass on what I don’t use at the end of the week.
It’s a lot of food for the money.

Great way to enjoy new fruits and vegetables you otherwise wouldn’t buy at the grocery store. Love the variety- makes the spark of cooking every week more enjoyable. It challenges me to get creative and everything is very fresh.

Received my first box today! We were quite impressed! Love the quality for only $20!!
We live in the country and it still came in only 2 days!

This was my first time ordering Odd Bunch. I was very excited to receive my large mixed box of vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, what showed up at my door was a 40lb box of ONLY apples. Not what I ordered. No customer service phone number to call, and the support email takes forever to receive a response. I hope to get a refund - because who needs $50 worth of bruised apples- but will not be ordering again. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Love it. Less time planning, thinking, grocery shopping, less money spent. Genius. Love that its a surprise too if I dont check it.
