Bery Sharif has kept in contact with me while I have been executor of my late mother's estate. She guided me through what I needed to do to close Mum's stocks and shares ISA and returned documents promptly. She has arranged to dedicate a tree with the Woodland Trust in Mum's memory which is a lovely idea. Of all the financial services I have had to deal with she is the only who made me feel that she understood what I was going through.
