⭐ **1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience**
I am very disappointed with my experience with the finance company.
During the sales process, I was given assurances that if I had any difficulties with the vehicle, I would be supported and the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, when I actually needed help, I was passed from one person to another and was told to contact someone else.
I have been trying to resolve an issue with my Toyota Corolla, including a key/sensor fault and missing mechanical key, but I have not received a clear resolution.
The biggest disappointment is that the commitments made at the time of arranging the finance have not matched the support I have received afterwards.
I expected much better communication and customer support. I hope they take responsibility and properly address my concerns.
