Although I got the Ocean card with £2000.00 credit, in order for you to give me the card, my credit score is now 911, showing a decrease of 76 points
In September, a hard search by Capital One was added to your report, which has negatively impacted my score.
This is out of order; I have American Express with a credit of £10,000.00 and no hard search

I accidentally deleted my direct debit
I accidentally deleted my direct debit, as my card is no longer in date I cannot use the app, so I phoned customer service to pay this month's missed direct debit and I could not understand the agent at all. After over half hour on the phone they said I cannot redo a direct debit. And would have to get the app. How many times do you have to tell them I CANNOT GET THE APP.
OBVIOUSLY DONT WANT THIS PAID OFF, THEY WONT SEND PAPER STATEMENTS SO HOW DO YOU PAY IT.

I like fact that you accepted me, but the amount of cash that was granted to me it wasn't what was offered when it was advertising, so that's why I gave you a 3 I don't know whats the reason for the limitation to 200 hundred pounds you advertised 8,000 even if you had offered me 3 grand that would have been good thanks for the acceptance though
