I am having trouble trying to log into my account.
I have downloaded the app but I am unable to access it because I can't remember my password.
I have been able to use this card in order to pay various bills, but I now want to access my account so that I can make payments on my account.
BUT
I have put in my username and clicked on the "forgot password" message which requests my data of birthday and postal code. But when I fill in these details a message comes up telling me that these details are incorrect. So what do I do now? I rang and spoke to one of your people a few days ago, but she was not able to help me.
So please can someone sort out this problem for me so that I can access my account and start making payments.
