no have proper professional way of communication. guide line. and cost of certificate is to high. you must provide high level support if you earn high cost.

The cost is not high basically their is a difference between single domain SSL and Wildcard SSL so different product and different pricing and By default SSL comes with .cert format and you can convert it to any format. Conversion for every single server and formats are not included by default.
