It was a quick and easy application. Their product was effective! I lost weight and tolerated the GLP/GIP (compound tirzepatide) well. I had an issue where I only received one months worth of product instead of two. I reached out and they corrected the issue.

After the first mistake of my prescription not arriving on time, making me miss 3 work days, waiting for my prescription to be delivered, on the hottest days, after receiving 3 different Tracking numbers. Then nothing being delivered. You not only refunded the over payment of my initial order from over payment, you gave me a refund for the late arrival, which I appreciated. But Just when I thought you had things handled here, it is again, time I ordered my Second month prescription, you took my money, my bank paid you but again. I took a day off work, because of hot weather didn't want my prescription sitting out in the hot sun. Because I got an email with a tracking number 9300189517200348013848 saying my prescription would be delivered on August 12th 2025 by 9:00 p.m. AGAIN NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. . Now I received another email with a tracking number saying my prescription won't be delivered by USPS until Friday tracking number 9300189517200348382074, August 15, 2025. Well, now I'll be out of town so my prescription won't be in my refrigerator until Monday August 18, 2025, all the while the package with my prescription sitting in the Sun. I think you need to send my packages 📦 thru United Parcel Post or FedEx. With them I just might get them in a timely matter. Not losing $200 dollars each time I have to take time off work to get the package.
I'm now going to look for another company to get my prescription through.

Shipping was fast and there were no hidden fees. The process was fast and smooth

Great product. Decent prices especially if you can find a discount. Customer service is a little disconnected from the actual product (compounding pharmacy) and the prescribing physician. This can cause some serious delays in response. Message board gives a false sense of actual communication to who can connect the dots between Customer Service that accepts and negotiates the payment, the physician who makes Rx decisions, and the pharmacy that fulfills and ships the Rx. With some patience everything can work out and like I said it is a great product!
