Oakfield have been fantastic in supporting my partner and I trying to sell our house. In particular we have dealt with Shelley, Sidney and Emma who have gone above and beyond.
As a mum to a 3-month-old baby, it can be difficult and overwhelming at times, dealing with the process. However, they have been so understanding, patient and helpful throughout the whole thing. They’ve made what can be a stressful experience so much easier.

I found the service and the fair negotiation with Shelley Fuller during the purchase of my apartment to be very pleasant. She also guided me well through all the paperwork and was very patient which I really appreciated because English is not my first language.

Oakfield Block Management
Oakfield has been our preferred block management company for a number of years. We have a very good working relationship with our block manager (Hannah Dennis) who is always available to guide and assist us. Communication is always clear and concise. They have a good portfolio of trades that they use to get quotes for any works required. Any recurring services (lift, communal lighting services and inspections etc) are managed well for us and we get plenty of notice in advance for any trades that are due to be onsite so we can notify all the residents in our blocks.

Great Company
We honestly can't thank Jo and Shelley at Oakfield enough for all their help throughout our house sale and purchase.
Jo was brilliant at keeping in touch, chasing for answers and doing everything she could to keep things moving. She kept us updated, took the time to speak with us when we needed reassurance and was proactive in contacting the relevant people rather than leaving us wondering what was happening.
We were so surprised how quickly we got viewings and even more surprised how quickly we achieved our asking offer, Shelley was great and the photos she took really showed off our home to it's full potential.

Over the moon with Oakfield
I am extremely happy with Oakfield as our block property management company! We had two really poor companies previously who did us much damage, but Oakfield is just how you would expect a property management company to be. Proactive, honest, great communication, on the ball. From the beginning of the process through to Jenny finding me a tenant, everything was smooth and transparent. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jenny, and she really understood my needs as a landlady. Communication was always consistent, and the whole team was great to deal with. As a landlord, my experience with Oakfield has been a positive one. Jenny and her team have been excellent in finding me a suitable tenant and managing my property. They respond quickly to my queries; and updated me regularly when needed.
