It was a great experience doing business of consolidation with you. The loan application was quite easy and constructive as staff have a good understanding of my financial state offering me the best options and allowing me to choose what best suits my financial needs.
They were professional and carried out due diligence to ensure my affordability base on my earnings and outgoings.

Experience could be better
Experience could be better. During the application process, you are asked to submit ID, which at the time I didn’t have so came out of it to complete later (you have a time frame to do this). When I went to complete this via the email sent to me, prompting me to finish by submitting ID, the link took me to a page that said my loan had been successfully approved? Despite me not completing what I thought was the final step. I then received another email AFTER this saying I needed to attach my ID to the email to complete application, so very confusing mixed messages. When I called and spoke to customer care team to get clarity on the status of the loan, the person I spoke to was beyond rude and condescending, just an unpleasant experience. I have had two loans previously from different providers, the wait time for this loan to be processed was significantly longer, despite having received a confirmation of acceptance, which leads to anxious wait times. To add to the confusing communication, I was emailed by their team asking for my contact number so they could ring me as part of their final checks. I provided my number and time I was available, the phone call never came but the loan did? Just all round confusing.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Got pre-approved and took forever to fill out all of the details with confirmation and signature. Then I kept getting reminders about the loan but no response. Accidentally clicked on one of the reminders and it said it was declined. No communication whatsoever. Terrible experience!
