Scamsters . I ordered a product which didn’t reach to me at all even though i was getting message out for delivery. After many calls with customer executive they agreed to cancel but they charges me 50rs as shipping charges .. why i have to pay when product itself not reached to me !!

What's going on with Nykaa Fashion's return process?
I received a wrong delivery from Nykaa Fashion and their return process is a nightmare. Despite multiple emails, no pickup attempt has been made since 20th Dec. I keep getting 'someone will come and pickup' emails but it's just a generic response.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Nykaa Fashion? How did you resolve it?

Was attended by this gorgeous, hard working lady called Jyoti, and super happy with the experience at the Nykaa’s Rajouri outlet. She treated us with so much patience and kindness. Truly appreciate her service.

I have ordered Braun Silk-epil 7-041 Epilator and Received an incomplete product(attachments) from Nykaa and discovered that their “easy return” policy is easier to advertise than to follow. After raising multiple return requests and speaking to several executives (including Disha Dhuri , Roshan singh,Aasin Manshuri and Asif Shah), I waited over two weeks with zero resolution. On the 14th day, Nykaa conveniently claimed that electronic items are not their responsibility and asked me to contact the brand—despite it being a clear case of incomplete delivery.
Very disappointing to see such lack of accountability from a platform led by CEO Falguni Nayar. Customer service clearly doesn’t match the brand image.

I haven’t received my order it’s been days the costumer service is not responding at all it’s delaying again and again no signs of delivery

I ordered a sweatshirt from Nykaa Fashion. There was only one delivery attempt, and after that, the order was not delivered for many days.

I contacted customer care multiple times, and every time I was told, “Sir, we will reschedule the delivery tomorrow.” They kept giving the same response for several days, but the order was never delivered.

Finally, when I contacted customer care again, I was informed that the order had been returned to the warehouse, and delivery was no longer possible. A refund was initiated, but ₹20 was deducted without any proper explanation.

This shows poor management and extremely bad customer service. This is the reason why Amazon and Flipkart are leading e-commerce companies, as they focus on customer satisfaction.

❌ I would not recommend ordering from Nykaa Fashion.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

They mostly misplace the parcel and do not have any customer support. I think with such a bad service they will soon get closed

Naykaa is going down the drain. They have no control over their logistics team and vendors .order was not delivered.

Please STOP sending cheap clothes not even ordered instead of the original order.

So poor service, when i order products by pre payment they not delivered on time and make a false excuse and not delivered.after cancellation refund also soo delay.

They have scam brands on the app. Take the longest to sort out issues created from their end. They don't understand the problem. You will end up explaining the issue to 100 people from the team. Everytime a different person will respond and we will keep explaining the problems. The brands and materials and products are different from the images. Can't trust nykaa or their service. Not worth trusting this brand.

Nyka cheats people in the name of coupons. I bought products worth 7k and applied the coupon JOY1000 which offered Rs. 1000/- off. While making payment, I used my bank reward points worth Rs.2000/- and it was shown that the total amount I was to pay was 4409/- But from my credit card they took 5409/- ie 1K extra. When I raised the issue with them, they came up with a number of excuses, the final one being the products were already despatched and they were unable to do anything now. So please don’t fall for their discount coupons.

It has been over a month since I ordered a dress for a festival. Nykaa Fashion first delivered the wrong item; the return was picked up promptly, but the correct replacement has still not been delivered. There appears to be poor internal coordination, and the customer support team responds only after repeated follow-ups. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely eroded my trust in the brand. I will not be ordering from Nykaa Fashion again.

NYKAA and it's founder Falguni Nayar are 3rd class fraudsters selling fake and used products. Their easy returns policy is outright sham. It's actually a no returns policy. What ever non sense they send you is final. Hope Nykaa crashes and Falguni goes to jail

Worst of the worst e com site in existence even for an Indian site. Orders are delayed, customer care number doesn't connect to people, and even when they call executives with awful accent and disgusting communication skills. Made a mistake by ordering for the first time and will never repeat.

Nykaa has cheated me of 10 k inr .
On Black Friday Sale I ordered article worth 26 k after waiting for 15 days I received article worth 16 k .
Out of 11 item 6 were missing . From past 5 days I’m wasting my time with customer support team & the result is zero .
I’m never ever going to order anything from Nykaa & will ask all my known to not to trust this fraud company . Worst experience ever in online purchase .
