I’ve managed to loose around 7kg in the few months we’ve worked together and feel so much better in myself for doing so.
It hasn’t just been about the weight but the knowledge and confidence with the workouts, eating habits etc he gives you it’s so worth it. Nothing is restricted, it’s all about balance and good choices.
I’ve also had challenges while having no childcare where he’s managed to provide me with a whole home workout routine just so it meant I didn’t loose track of progress.. nothing has been too much!

Alex is very knowledgable and very supportive. The on line programme he offers is second to none. Weekly updates and videos to keep you motivated are so useful and educational. His work outs are easy to follow and his explanation of adjusting your diet to help to lose weight makes perfect sense.
He ensured I stayed accountable, but in a very supportive manner. He has given me new confidence in the gym, as I actually have structure to my work outs!

Alex really has been the best and worth every penny, which is why 7 months later I’m still here.
I’m someone who has struggled with being accountable, a participant in fad unrealistic diets just for a quick win, terrible eating habits, and a lack of dedication in the gym If I went at all, I was clueless!
In 7 months I have lost just over 10kg.
I’m held accountable in the most helpful of ways while learning new things about exercise/diet etc.
The change in my body is unreal.
I started off with an achievable 2 days a week in the gym for 3 months, with no forbidden foods, just advice on wiser way to eat. To someone now who aims for 4 days a week. I’m 36 a busy, full time working mum, who also is studying for a housing qualification and genuinely thought I was always too busy for this, but I’ve found the time and is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
I am the strongest, healthiest, fittest and probably mentally the most well I’ve been in years. Alex is so much more to me then a PT, who’d of thought I’d of made friends with a physical exercise lover …

Best PT in the biz!
Where do I start except with what a guy!..
I reached out to Alex after watching his work from the sidelines as friends had worked with him and seen great results, and after hitting rock bottom after my second daughter turned 2 with me feeling completely lost, so upset with what I saw in the mirror and knowing I couldn’t carry on how I was; I decided to step up to the mark and contact Alex for help.
All I can say is it was the best decision I made.
Alex was non judgmental, very supportive, extremely knowledgable and most of all felt like a friend not just a ‘PT’. As a busy mum of two who also works full time, and with a partner in the armed forces (which means I’m often left to solo parent for months on end) he understood the demands of my life, and helped me utilise time for myself more constructively. Meal planning and prepping, exercise plans that were achievable and effective with the spare time I did have and made it all enjoyable.
Alex’s knowledge and help to make adjustments to not just my training and food habits, but sleep, stress and hormones was instrumental in my weight loss journey and has given me the tools to implement for life.
If you are on the fence like I was, I can honestly say take the plunge and you won’t regret it! Thanks Alex for the support, what a guy!

I kept seeing Alex on social media a few months after I’d had my second baby, and thought he had really good results so when my daughter turned 6 months I finally felt ready to get back to my old self! I contacted him and he arranged a phone call to go through everything. I found his plans soooo easy to follow as someone who had 0 confidence going into a gym. I have used gyms previously but only ever done classes. I now confidently walk into the gym and just get on with my workout and realised no one actually looks at you! I found Alex through a friend of a friend, and wanted to get back into going to the gym and be stronger to make sure I could easily carry around my twins as they became toddlers! I hadn't been to the gym for many years and was nervous at the thought of even just turning up. Alex gives you a great program to follow and holds you accountable for your sessions. If you need some confidence to get back into the gym, with an easy to follow guide with videos etc, Alex is great.

I had a great experience working with Alex and Milestone Fitness. I joined with a goal of increasing my confidence in the gym and getting fitter. I found his programme really motivating and I had 2-3 different workouts to use which changed every 4 weeks to help with progress.

The Best PT!
I started training with Alex at Milestone Fitness about 4 months ago when I was feeling incredibly unfit and completely fed up with my body. I had lost all confidence in the gym and honestly didn’t know where to start. But joining Alex’s programme has completely transformed my mindset around fitness and my body!
While I didn’t lose much weight on the scales, my body shape has changed dramatically — I feel stronger, slimmer, and so much more confident. The programme is really easy to follow. There’s no strict meal plan, which I loved, but Alex provides brilliant guidance on nutrition and how to fuel your body properly. It’s realistic, sustainable, and actually enjoyable!
The weekly training videos are super helpful, the workouts are easy to follow, and nothing ever feels overwhelming. Just hitting your steps, lots of protein, and two solid workouts a week — it’s totally doable, even with a busy lifestyle!
One of the biggest wins for me has been regaining my confidence in the gym. I now walk in with a plan, routines I genuinely enjoy, and a sense of pride in how far I’ve come. The community Alex has built is amazing too — full of lovely, supportive girls. I love bumping into them in the gym!

Couldn’t recommend enough
After putting my fitness on the back burner for about eight months and gaining quite a bit of weight, my confidence was at an all-time low. I wanted to lose weight, get back into enjoying exercise, and build better eating habits. Over the past five or six months, with Alex’s support, guidance, and the accountability I really needed, I’ve been able to do just that. I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made and honestly couldn’t recommend Alex more. I’m excited to keep going and see how far I can go from here.

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. I started with Alex when I was 3 months postpartum, I eagerly wanted to loose the baby weight and become the best version of myself.
Alex didn’t just help me lose over a stone – he helped me rebuild my strength, confidence, and mindset. Despite not having much experience in the gym Alex’s workouts were easy to follow with step by step instructions and a visual video. The workouts were tailored to myself and I saw myself progress each week. Alex understood exactly where I was at, never judged, and always met me with patience, motivation, and expert knowledge.
I now love going to the gym and have the confidence to use the equipment.

I've been training with Alex for 5 months on the online programme and can wholeheartedly say he's the best PT I've ever had.
I'd found him through some mutual friends and I'm so glad I did. I've lost more weight than I'd ever intended possible, I'm stronger, happier, healthier and importantly, more confident. I had reservations about an online programme at first, thinking I'd need in person because the idea of a gym was daunting to me. But the way Alex structures the programme meant that I could walk in and know exactly what I need to do in that session and watch the videos/read the notes if I was unsure. I've never stood in the gym in a panic with these workouts.
Alex is incredibly realistic with you too, something I was grateful for being a working mum signing up. My biggest concern was having a diet plan, Alex is the first PT I've found where he doesn't set the food for you, he teaches you about nutrition and fuelling your body in the right way so you make better choices - a huge selling point for me!
I can't say enough good things about Alex. He's been a huge cheerleader, an incredible support network, a brilliant teacher and a great listener for my voicenotes! He has great banter too which helps haha. I signed up telling him that I wanted to regain time for myself and be a more active mum to my little girl and I've achieved that and more - I'm an all round better person because of this programme!
I'm 5 months in and whilst I'm comfortable in the gym now, I'm staying on for the structure, accountability and the laughs. What more can you ask for from a PT!
Better, Faster, Stronger
I tore my hamstring right at the start of my marathon training block and genuinely thought I’d be out of the race. That’s when I started working with Alex, hoping to recover, build strength, and complete the marathon without causing further damage. What Alex did for me went far beyond my expectations.
I’ve always been consistent with my running, but I’ve struggled to maintain a gym routine, often prioritising miles over strength work. Alex changed that. He held me accountable, made sure I got my sessions in, and kept things fun while allowing me to track my progress. Every week, I could see measurable improvements.
After just three months of working together, I felt stronger than ever. Not only did I recover, but I achieved a huge personal best in my marathon and enjoyed every second of it. Now, as I gear up for my next training block for UTS Snowdonia, I feel more confident than ever.
Alex’s approach is completely sustainable. Our work wasn’t about weight loss - it was all about performance. But in the process, I’ve rediscovered my confidence and feel more like myself again. I’m excited to keep building strength, pushing boundaries, and smashing more PBs.

The best investment!
I have been training with Alex now for seven months and it is, without a doubt, one of the best investments I’ve made in myself in years!
After neglecting myself for a few years I’d almost given up on feeling healthy and strong again, and didn’t think I could turn things round; but training with Alex and committing to some new habits (nothing crazy or extreme) has actually transformed how I feel about myself! Which I thought was impossible!
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Alex - his sessions are mega fun, he’s down to earth and super supportive - celebrating all of my achievements with me along the way.

I trained with Alex before my wedding, 3 years ago. I’ve had the odd blast of sessions since for motivational purposes but in all honesty - I don’t need to see a trainer again. He taught me so much about technique and nutrition that the learnings are always there. The impact he has as a PT is beyond measure. He teaches everything you’ll need to know so you’re not reliant on him or anyone other than yourself. A very skilled and knowledgeable guy. If that doesn’t float your boat, maybe get some sessions anyway for banter because that aside, he’s a hoot!
