According to the information we have from the courier, your parcel has already been marked as delivered. However, we also know that this does not always mean the parcel has reached you directly. Sometimes parcels are left in places that are not immediately visible or obvious. They may be placed near the entrance of your home, left in a porch or garage, handed to a neighbour, or delivered to a safe location that the courier considers secure. In some cases, especially in shared buildings, drivers may leave parcels in communal areas such as a reception, a lobby, or a parcel room.

We kindly ask you to take a moment to check these possible locations around your home, and perhaps check with neighbours or anyone living with you who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. Delivery drivers occasionally leave parcels in places where they believe they will be protected from weather or theft, which can sometimes make them harder to spot at first.

If after checking these areas you are still unable to locate your parcel, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us directly at support@nutrisslim.uk. Once we hear from you, our team will open an investigation with the courier, request further delivery details, and take all necessary steps to understand what happened. If needed, we will also look into alternative solutions to ensure that you ultimately receive your order.
