Aun no puedo opinar del producto, pero si de la compañía, compré 3 productos hace ya una semana y el OK MENO para ser más exactos, estaba agotado en España pero la web te lo deja comprar igual, algo nefasto porque si hay algo que no está disponible debería poner producto agotado, asi que bueno hice el pedido con además otro producto y sus correspondientes 5€ de envío, ha passado una semana y ningun paquete ha llegado ni aviso ni nada de nada, mando 2 correos , cero información ,hasta que al finl llamo a un teléfono y me dicen que el producto está agotado en España y que mínimo 10 días más, PERDONA?no me avisaís y encima no me mandaís el otro producto qiue si está disponible? y no me devolvéis el dinero? en fín que por ahora todo muy mal,.

I am very impressed with Nutrisslim! The products I ordered were delivered quickly. While there was a minor delay waiting for more stock on their end, they kept me fully informed as to what was happening and when it was sent (only a few days later than their usual shipping time).

We completely understand how frustrating it must be to see no order details on the website, especially after your payment was processed and you were expecting tracking information.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your item was successfully delivered on 04th August 2025. In some cases, when an order is placed without creating a customer account, it may not appear in the “My Orders” section of our website — but rest assured, the purchase and shipment were processed as normal.

If you have not received the parcel despite the delivery confirmation, we kindly ask you to check with neighbours or household members, as they may have accepted it on your behalf. It’s also worth looking in common safe-drop areas around your property.

Should you still be unable to locate the package, please contact us at support@nutrisslim.uk. We’ll be happy to share the full tracking details and work directly with the courier to investigate where the delivery was completed.
