Their communication was outstanding. No false promises, made the ordering process extremely smooth, under-promised and over-delivered.

Unfortunately, I can’t find them around anymore. Website and IG are down. Wish I had a WhatsApp number!

Biggest regret purchase of 2025. It’s been two months and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve had to chase every update—no proactive communication, no clear timeline. As a business owner, I tested them with a small order first, and I’m glad I did; a larger purchase would have been an even bigger loss. They continue to advertise and accept new orders while telling me my shipment is “stuck in customs.” If that were true, it should be resolved—or replaced—by now. I am very familiar with US customs and I cannot recommend this company. Don’t risk it.

This company is straight scam!!
Order on August 15th 2025 with worth $297. Never get an update for my shipping since September 14th 2025. I was leave them message on Instagram. I got blocked! i was emailed them 5 times. No reply at all. Today is November 11th and i don't want think about it anymore. But i am greatful my credit card company fully refund my money.

This company committed fraud by charging my credit card that was stolen. We reported them and had to reopen case twice to prove our case. They were no help at all. In fact they sent a fake letter and fake proof of sending products we knew nothing about. The order was done through Rodney Brewer and illegal use of our credit card. This company offered no help and in fact made us do extra work to prove their fraudulent activities.

Placed an order on Sept. 4th. It is now Oct. 18 and the tracking company and USPS says they have not received the item yet. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to contact Nutrination via email, which is the only way to communicate with them, and they have not responded to any of my emails. Do not trust this company.

I ordered a numbing cream August 15. It's now, October 13 and I still haven't received the product.

That my product was on time and it was exciting for me to wait on my items which has help me with my weight loss journey

I ordered $100 worth of product on 9/1. I didn’t get a shipping confirmation till 9/27. As of today, 10/11, the tracking number still shows “waiting for shipment”. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they have not provided a meaningful response. At this point, I can only conclude the site is a scam.

Horrible company! I have called them four times and left voicemails four times because nobody ever answers their phone and nobody ever calls you back! I have also sent emails multiple times and never received any responses to my emails. I placed an order on August 23, and it was stuck in customs for weeks until getting returned to sender, today, Oct. 09th! I was never Contacted to pay any duties or anything like that so I was just waiting and waiting, until finally, I got a notification that it was returned to sender. Unbelievable never use this company.

C'est une entreprise des escrots, des voleurs, j'ai passé une commande ,plusieurs semaines se sont écoulés sans aucune information des suivies, j'ai leur envoyés plus de 5 messages sans réponses jusqu'a ce que j'ai demandé d'annuler ma commandes, ca a pris beaucoup de temps pour qu'ils annulent et malgrès qu'ils ont annulé ca fait plus de 2 semaines aucun signe de rembourssement et je leur pose la question quand j'aurai l'argent , pas de reponse , silence total,
j'aurai du lire les commentaires avant de passer la commande. Vraiment ce sont des malfaiteurs.Ils ne meritent meme pas une étoile mais plutôt 0 étoiles,

You reply to me that refusal of payment something. Please be clear I have not received my product or money back so please let me know what are you talking about. Please I advised anyone not to buy from this company. I have reach out to this people in multiple ways and no one has replied to me with concrete answers. I have a reply from my previous comment stating that some type of refusal of payment but if this is so then where’s my money. Since this is the way you want to do it. Now please note this company try to intimidate stating that my previous comment was defamatory and they were going to block my comment. I have the emails to prove it. At this point is not even about the money is the principle. Companies that have a shaky relationship with the truth should be penalized. Since you feel so comfortable doing wrong by people that have pay for a product that didn’t receive. This is your answer.

I order a lot from outside the US every month, so companies or postal services charge us the tariff or ask us to pay. Neither of those things happened to you. So, I didn't refuse to pay. If you read the comments, many people have had the same experience. Why did you not answer emails?

Not so good I placed order and it was returned to your company and I contacted customer service 2 times and not heard anything back kinda disappointed. They never tried to deliver to my house so I could pay unfortunately I did not know the exact delivery date nor did I get a notification left for me from the carrier

I never received my purchase. I’m going to have to file a claim with this company it’s a scam. They don’t respond to emails either.

Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally received my package. The first one was never picked up by the carrier as stated in the tracking. This company needs better communication with their customers to let us know what’s going on with our purchases.

I ordered more to reach the maximum amount to get a free item which i am looking forward to try it but never received. Emailed the customer service and promised to deliver it to me but never heard anything from them after that email. I have never gotten the product.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. This is a scam. Product was not delivered. Emailed them for a refund bc tracking said it was sent back to sender and no response at all… did not get my money back and no product at all. Do not buy from this scam company

I’m definitely new to all the beauty things on the market. The team was very happy to answer all my questions (there was a lot, I was borderline annoying) and gave my honest opinions without trying to upsell. Very pleased with my order and will be ordering more very shortly. Thank you team! Already referred you.
