Instructions for the dose: 5 mgs twice daily.
Instructions stated a heaped scoop which would have been more like 20 mgs

Delivery took exactly one week which is very good.
Would of given a 5 star if the packages were to come much cleaner as there was a fair bit of dust and protein around it.

I've not got a complaint about the product quality, but rather the delivering couriers "Couriers Please".

The courier left a card "attempted delivery", whilst there were people in the residence (me included) ready to receive the package.

The courier did not ring the external buzzer, which we would have heard, somehow got let into the secure part of the building and apparently knocked before leaving the card at our door. He can't have knocked very loudly, or for long. Had to call twice to complain and they told me the driver couldn't work out how to use the external buzzer. All you have to do is type in our unit number (7) and voila - it rings!

This fiasco meant i had to go and collect the product from another location.

Would have been better simply using australia post, though from memory, i did not have an option to select delivery method.

Got the lean muscle stack, which was delivered quickly. The products have good taste and don't leave a chalky after taste. Will order again as the good deplete :)
