Great value for money, taste is descent and unlike most bulk protein brands, this one doesn't upset my stomach or send my straight to the toilet.

Customer service, delivery time all other basics business practises have been excellent, no complaints.

Only down side is i feel they need to reward loyal customers better, i would probably average 10kg of protein a month and I get what I think is $1 discount in store credit per 10kg protein i order. Which really is a useless incentive for customer loyalty. Be nice if they came up with a better rewards system.

Recently bought inulin. It was delivered quickly and was the real thing. Believe it or not certain other companies substitute glucose for inulin!!!

Next Day delivery from interstate, awesome, if it was sent via Australia Post, minimum 7 days usually double that.

Nutrients Direct were easy to deal with and provided fast delivery of product.

This is the first time I have tried this product.
I have used pea protein isolate for several years and was looking for a change in flavour.I ordered 5 packs of soy protein isolate,vanilla flavoured.
I found that it did not dissolve easily even though I used a protein shaker.
There are clusters of powder which do not break up even after being shaken and mixed with soy milk. It takes more time and I still wind up with a mouthful of powder.
I add more vanilla essence to give it a better flavour.
