Negative Customer Satisfaction

To start off, I would have given 5 stars hands down but the below concerns are the reason for the 2.
1: When I initially started purchasing products from ND, it was great in terms of how quick I would received the product, the way it was packed and most importantly the BEST BEFORE date was system printed to the pack.
2: Recently, when I ordered the protein powder, the BEST BEFORE date was not system printed to the pack, but was manually pasted using a sticker, which does not authenticate that the product by its batch number nor its system generated time when the product was packed, which ideally is not a professional way to portray ND as a brand.
This also hampers a customers trust that if the product has even gone thru any mandate protocols as per the Health Supplements Governing Body. This for me seems to be a complete breach.
3: I thought it would be a one of situation and brought the "ND NATURALS COMPLETE (MEAL REPLACEMENT)" a 5 Kg pack, this also had the same manual BEST BEFORE stuck and not a system printed details with no batch number and best before.
As a result, I will never be buying any more product from Nutrients Direct. As a customer I have lost the trust that ND produces genuine products and the required protocols which needs to be followed.
I will also post this to as many social feedback machinery's available to ensure many others are aware about this.

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate your concerns but wanted to respond to help alleviate any fears you may have. All our products are batch tested. Some other brands use the sticker method only but we usually don't. There are a few reasons why we may use Best Before stickers instead of printing by machine but the reason will never be wrong doing. Not all products are packed in the same facility and some use printing machinery and some use stickers. Some products move in volumes that allow the use of the machinery that prints BB dates to the pack. For some more niche products however, the lower volumes (like ND Naturals Complete) make the use of the high volume machinery uneconomical so those products may either be packed by hand or machinery that doesn't have the printing facility. The machines we use for high volume are often not available for weeks due to previously queued jobs and if we need products quickly to avoid running out, sometimes hand packing is the only option and this is always conducted strictly to required standards for quality and safety. On occasion the printers can also fail (as we believe was the case here) requiring a manual sticker application. There still should have been a batch number on the sticker, so if the batch number was missing on your product though, then that is an unfortunate oversight in this case but there is nothing untoward about it. That issue has since been rectified and you'll find that nearly all our core product lines still have the BB and batch number printed to the packs.
We appreciate your concern but we would never compromise the health of our customers or integrity of our products.
We're sorry that it had this effect on your feelings about buying from Nutrients Direct. You did however say you would have otherwise given us a 5 star rating so we take that to mean you were happy with the product quality and taste which is important to us as we work hard to delivery high quality to our customers.

Shipping cost are too high!
All over the experience is good, however, the shipping costs are bit expensive and would rather spend that money on product than shipping that doesn't cost that much

The vanilla flavour is the best I've tried yet. Either have it for breakfast with banana and almond milk blended or After a good work out as it does a great job at repairing the muscles. It's also great as a snack.

Terrible customer relations
I bought ND Hydroxyshred. A few days later the product came on sale, 40% off. ND refused to refund/credit the difference in price. Very, very poor customer service. Product also is labelled "vanilla," but I've never tasted vanilla like that before, and not in a good way. Won't buy again.
