I DO NOT Recommend this product
The product I have received was junk! I can’t believe I paid so much for a piece of plastic that I had to assemble myself. $34.99 plus I ordered one for my son
It should have been assembled and all I should have to do was add the water and plug the hole
I recently purchased the Nuralamp LumiSnowfall, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed with its condition. The packaging made it appear as if it had been previously returned, and there were no assembly instructions included. I had to search for a tutorial on YouTube just to figure out how to put it together.
Additionally, the glue provided was insufficient, causing leaks and making it difficult to assemble properly.
I’m very disappointed on the quality

Do not buy. Order placed 11th Jan, still showing as not despatched on 26th Jan. Contacted by email company on 22nd Jan, no response. Wandering if I have been scammed

Update product arrive on 28th Jan. Communication and tracking poor but product has now been delivered

Having ordered a lamp as a birthday present it has never arrived. After many attempts to sort this with Nurlamp and Evri I am still without the goods and without a refund. Nurlamp take days to respond and then the response is lacking in information. I am so disappointed as this was a gift for my autistic daughter and the customer service has been terrible
