Contacted them. They got back to me the following day, had all my details , surveyor came out and checked everything and then sorted a solicitor and things are moving well

Ray was very polite, professional. I was aware if what was going to take place during his visit and he gave clear directions as to what his role is and what im to expect next moving forward.
