Took a long time (weeks) to find out items were out of stock; then more weeks before delivery.
If website had stock control, it would have been an excellent experience (though I admit I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take so long).

Impressive service
I was so impressed and grateful for the prompt personal attention given to my order. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part and received a call the following day to check. My error was corrected and the new part arrived a few days later. I live in a regional town 420 km south of Perth and have never had such a speedy delivery. Many thanks to all concerned.

Great service after Aus Post damage.Thankyou for outstanding service
Thankyou for outstanding service. My parcel was crushed and had a hole punched into by Australia Post. When I opened the package my new secateurs where damage, the plastic wrap around the handle was torn and the aluminium handle under it was damaged. God knows how they did this.
I contacted Nuleaf with some photos, they very quickly replayed and told me that they would send me a replacement which they did.
I am so pleased with there service especially in the circumstances which was totally out of their control.
I will definitely be buying from them again.
