For a company who says they are here to help you sure suck a refunds or help in general maybe when someone calls for something they realize they have what they need you shouldn’t say that you will give them a refundt and not and when you get a bad review from them you say you will give it back if they take down their review and then not I know I won’t be using your service ever again

For a company who strives on excellence,you sure proved yourself wrong. When a person asks for your help and pays you and you wait days before contacting said person that they already have the business license and you only give a partial refund. That's really bad business. I think you should stand by your word , and just refund the entire amount with out having to wait for the customer to approve. I'm shocked the BBB hasn't been notified yet.

So at first I went with them to get my master business license. I didn’t realize I already had it, after I paid them $158.

Then they notified me after more than a week that I already had it and they owe me a refund. But only 2/3 of my money I’m entitled to.

Sure! I’ll give them that!

However they had an issue on their end refunding me with their bank.

Then they sent it to a different email that I didn’t send an e-transfer from. So I didn’t have access to my refund from them.

So I wrote a review. As i was very unhappy with how they handled the situation.

Then after almost 3 months. They said they will send my refund back to me, as long as I remove my poor review from trust pilot. They even tried getting me to sign a form saying I will not defame them. I’m pretty sure in Canada that’s very illegal as I’m entitled to share my experience with this company. Regardless of the outcome.

Well it’s been 3 months, at this point I no longer care about this refund. I just want to share my experience with this company. And do not recommend them.
Note, this review is NOT defamation. Merely my personal experience and will not recommend them to anyone.

At first I was not sure if I had picked the right company to help me with the incorporation. Once I realized that by having the persons phone extention, and by replying or sending an email to the agent working on your file the process moves very quickly. I am very happy with the results once they knew what I was expecting.
I would like to make recommendations on how to improve the process. Please answer the general line faster then 1 hour on hold. Please do not tell me I am important and then leaving me holding for 1 hour. Set-up so that I can leave a name, number and call me back when an agent comes available.
Once we have the agent extention all runs well.

The process was explained clearly.
They asked for one clarification and then processed quickly.
