Driver very professional and kind
Surely i' ll repeat my experience

Ozzy our driver was great, great communication and an enjoyable ride. Would definitely recommend him and the service.

Ozzy was outstanding; on time, cooperative, safe driver. Would ask for him next time we’re in Scotland!

Great experience! I was a little worried because I was booking from overseas for a very early pick up. Our driver confirmed the day before and was perfectly on time. I would definitely recommend their services.

Ozzy was an excellent driver.
Reliable and punctual as well.
This was added a value to our Scotland tour.
Thank you very much

I would highly recommend this company, especially TASLIMA Akter who looked after me today for both legs of my journey She went over and above expectations, messaging me directly to arrange pick up and also arriving early for the pick up at end of the day. She was extremely pleasant and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are visiting Edinburgh/Scotland, use this company and ask for TASLIMA !

Great service! Sancar was very accommodating and helpful. I had such a smooth trip thanks to this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was quick and efficient, with great communication throughout. I booked a return trip (Sunday 23rd August & Wednesday 2nd September) and both drivers were professional, friendly and punctual. The cars were new, spotless and very comfortable.

Everything went perfectly and made the airport transfers completely stress-free. I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend!

Ozzy was great! We had a delay getting our bags and he stayed in communication with us and got us to our hotel with no issues. He gave great tips for restaurants and attractions. We will definitely use National Transfer again!

Sancar was an excellent, friendly, and efficient driver. He kept our group updated and gave good directions for our exit from the EDI Airport. Would highly recommend.

Ozzy was an excellent driver, super on time and efficient

I called NTSEDI last minute to arrange a transfer from the Eidnburgh airport the following day. Hulya was very helpful and welcoming. Ozzie, our driver arrived ahead of schedule, helped my family with several bags and was very friendly along our trip. Ozzie also helped me bring the bags to our flat. When we were leaving we were treated with the same high level service. Once again Ozzie arrived 10 minutes early and helped me with all the luggage. I visit often and will most definitely use NTSEDI again and ask for Ozzie.

We recently visited Scotland, and had the pleasure of having Ozzy as our driver....he met us at the airport in Edinburg and took us to Aberdeen, and when returning to Edinburgh, we requested him again, he was punctual, a good driver, and we enjoyed his company. So the morning of departure who did we call....Ozzy!!!! He picked us up and took us to the airport... by then I felt like he was a friend since I sat in the front seat and had a delightful visit with him on all trips. So with a big hug we all 7 of us said good bye to our new friend. I would give him a 10 out of 10.

Ozzy, our driver, was great. We had need of a bank stop and he quickly researched to find one open on a Saturday morningin Inverness, and only charged a small extra stop fee before embarking on our booked journey. He provided waters for us, got us to our destination 3-3.5 hours away with speed and care.
He was not very talkative, but friendly in all encounters. The back roads we were on near our destination of the Trossachs National Park were a bit harrowing, but he navigated them with finesse of an experienced driver.

Ozzy picked us up from Edinburgh and took us to our rental in Aberdeen. It was a seamless experience - Ozzy was a great friendly guy, good communication, and a wonderful driver. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service from National Transfer Services Edinburgh. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, the team was punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful, and everything was handled with great care and attention.

Their professionalism and reliability truly exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a company that provides such a high standard of service while also making the customer feel genuinely valued. I would highly recommend National Transfer Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and first-class service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ozzy was a great driver!
