My order of Purdoux mask wipes was damaged during shipping. I did not expect the products to be replaced; I just wanted to bring attention to the issue. NSW CPAP promptly replaced the face masks, and the order was received the next day. This level of customer service is commendable.

Your team at Port Macquarie were great. I went away on holidays. I cleaned and replaced parts before leaving home. Unfortunately I did not replace all parts and went away missing elbow to face mask. It was no problem for your staff. They had the part in stock and saved my holiday. Could not fault them. Thank you.

Ordering and supply very efficient
Ordering and supply very efficient - but the product not so good - stopped using it because it hurt the bridge of my nose after a few days - so not using it anymore went back to the mask that just fits my nose only - the new mask should have more padding on the part that sits on the bridge of the nose - the padding needs to be larger and allow the pressure to spread out away from the nose bridge point

I was horrified reading others their…
I was horrified reading others their reviews of this company because I ordered a sauna in February and i was told it will be delivered in end of June I rang in July to see what was happening.. I rang ALL day but there was no one answering the phone call till in the evening.. so I was told another 3 weeks before it gets delivered , so now we are in august and again no one answering my phone calls so far I have tried several times but no answer.. I paid $6849,00 for it and I am worried because others have had hassles of not getting their money back ..
It is a very dodgy business
