Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues with your recent order; this experience certainly does not reflect our usual standards of service.
Regarding the shipment, the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit. We are currently working with Royal Mail to resolve this on our end and investigate what occurred.
Because your order was placed through TikTok Shop, the financial transaction is managed directly by their platform. As soon as we confirmed the package was lost, we approved the refund from our side. TikTok holds the funds until delivery is verified, but evidently they are slow to release funds back. We have no direct control over their internal processing times, but we sincerely regret that it took so long for your funds to be returned.

Complaint
The product was delivered to the wrong address when I finally got it the product doesn’t work after reading other reviews online it is clear that this product is no good. I tried to find a contact to request a refund but cannot find one

We're sorry to hear there is an issue regarding the converter. We've sold plenty of these and have had no issues so far, that said there is always the chance that one may not be up to scratch. All our products have a 1 year warranty and free returns for UK customers. We'll reach out to you to see how best to resolve the issue with the converter.
Regarding it being delivered to the wrong address: From Yodel's GPS tag on their delivery photo it appears to have been delivered to your address, the doormat looks different to the one on Google Street view, but their streetview image is from a few years back.
Regarding not being able to contact us: Orders placed through our store have two emails sent out to confirm your order and tracking, those both contain links to your order, or can be replied to directly. Our website has our email, phone, contact form and online chat prominently available for people to reach out to us how they prefer.
Update:
Shortly after posting our reply we reached out to Craig, confirmed there appears to be an issue and have issues a free return label for this item.

N64 Wireless
I Came across NSE Imports via a "Google" search. I had been searching for a wireless game controller for my N64 on other sellers without any luck. NSE had exactly what I was looking for and in a choice of colours/colors. I opted for the grey to match the exciting ones I already own. Ordering was simple enough and order went through.
Tracking was slow down to it being the Chinese New Year. But a email to the seller named Andy at NSE assured me the order had went through and apologised it would soon be posted. On checking Evri a couple of days later I had a tracking number now it was just a wait for it to arrive.
Although delivery was slow as coming from China it arrived well wrapped and happy with my purchase. I have to really thank Andy from NSE he kept me informed with emails from start to finish with order. Thanks

I didn't know nse. To split the payment with Paypal, buying on Amazon was not an option. It took me a week for the printer to arrive. All very well. Stop buying on Amazon guys
