Great install from Michael & his team. I spent quite some time exploring the options of using a 'national' or a 'local' installer to complete the work, looking both at price, quality of install and feedback from other clients.

Michael had previously installed an EV charger for us and we had briefly discussed Solar & battery 12 months ago but I didn't pursue it. It seemed like the logical choice to ask him to re-validate the original proposal and discuss what was new to the market and would best suit our needs and why the system brand he had offered was superior.

We made the right choice. Professional from start to finish from the initial G99 application to completing the install and his in-depth understanding of the Sigenergy system he had installed and how it worked, to help us get the best value from it.

Michael, in particular, was more than happy to talk through the process, bounce ideas around while planning the install (I had a particularly challenging and long cable run to deal with) and kept me involved at all stages.

Having had Michael fit my EV charger 4 years ago I knew of the quality of the work so getting him in to quote and fit my Solar PV/battery system was faultless from start to finish.

Michael and his team at Now EV did a fantastic job installing our solar panels, battery/inverter, and EV charger. The installation was carried out efficiently, completed ahead of schedule, and the team were polite and professional throughout.

Michael was the only person I had to deal with and he owned the responsibility for everything from designing the most efficient and practical system, physically surveying the property, and the installation (everything from the scaffolding to all the paperwork and handover). He takes great pride in the quality of his work and his reputation in the industry. He made everything straightforward and surprisingly stress-free. We are reassured by the fact that Michael is at the end of a phone and we know he will support us with any queries we may have in the future.

This is of course an investment, a significant capital outlay, and significant work to the property but what really stood out was working with Michael directly. Unlike dealing with a faceless large corporate, he took the time to answer all my (many!) questions before, during, and after installation. Our 1930s property wasn’t designed with solar in mind, which created some challenges, but Michael carefully worked through them and designed a system that fits the house perfectly.

Really glad I picked Now EV to install my EV charger. After getting quotes from a couple of the larger providers Now EV came in cheaper and could install it more quickly. The communication was prompt and thorough, and on the date of installation everything went so smoothly and quickly. There wasn't even any interruption to the power in the rest of the property.

Michael gave us a tailored service. Our system is a bit complex and Michael was not phased by this, in fact he discovered an issue with a linked device and corrected this, then he fitted our EV charger.
We now have a system that is integrated and working well.

We have had solar panels / battery / EV charger installed by Michael. He handled the proposal stage extremely professionally, answering all the questions that we raised. Installation started on a Monday and finished on the Wednesday, scaffolding being taken down on the Friday - less than one working week! We cannot praise Michael and his team highly enough.
