The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable
The employees are very helpful and good about reminding me of any renewal approaching the due date.
I was surprised recently when I called and left a message asking for a return call. It took about 10 days to get the call and I had already decided that the employee was very likely on vacation. As it turned out that was the case but I am surprised that there wasn't another employee covering for her during her time away from the office. I have used Novamar for many years and at times have had multiple policies. I have always been very pleased with there employees and the service they provide. I highly recommend them.

I am giving 5* for the ease of using their very clear and easy to understand website, English/Spanish. I have never had any claims, but have used Novamar for several years on several properties. They are easy to call as well. No problems at all, very good easy clear instructions and info.
