Nova Habitat recently helped us secure planning permission for an L-shaped Dormer loft conversion, the first of its kind on our estate. From the outset, the quality of work was excellent: detailed drawings, precise measurements tied to allowable space, clear references to applicable planning laws, and a full video survey of the property.

We opted for the Diamond Package, which offered great value for money. The team responds promptly, handled all communication with the council on our behalf, and kept us informed at every step, a genuinely stress-free experience.

Umar and his team, particularly Luis and Ash, made us feel in safe hands from day one. The initial meeting involved an in-depth discussion of what we did and didn't want, allowing them to build a thorough brief. Their suggestions and expertise shaped our initial idea into something better than we had imagined.

We instructed Nova from last year to enable our rear extension. It was our 1st project and had lots of questions about the process and expectations which were met with an equally enthused team.
The design was a pleasant surprise as we had some preconceived idea of what we wanted, instead of just drawing our ideas we landed on a design that met our needs that we briefed in the initial meeting that was far better than what we could've imagined.
We recently had our planning permission granted with a tricky council and the team helped us navigate seamlessly.
We've still got to complete the building regs process which I'm sure will go smoothly but hence the current 4* and once this is completed I will upgrade to a 5* if all goes swimmingly

both were super knowledgeable. They handled our survey, design, planning, and some structural work for a rear extension. Everything went smoothly and felt easy from our side. Umar and Liam were brilliant to work with. Communication was great and the process was seamless from start to finish. Umar gave us a lot of time and didn't make us feel like it was a hassle for them.
