Clearly a fraudulent company. With all the reviews on here saying the same thing, I don't understand how they have not been investigated. Avoid at all costs!!!! You have been warned!!

Inserted my card and the machine just suddenly shutdown and rebooted. Windows 7 came up and then performed a disk recovery. Eventually it came online but my card was gone. Called the help and the message says 'please replace your card, sorry for the inconvenience' and cuts the call. Any alternative paths just gets left with a ringing phone for 5 minutes. They claim 12 seconda. Really poor service.

Disgusting do not use note machine at Sainsbury's Salford. Withdrew £40 was not informed a fee would be charged for accessing my own money.When I checked I have been charged £3.03p
Absolute disgrace a warning should be given if you continue you will be charged. AVOID AVOID,AVOID.

1ST TIME SEEN/USED THIS TYPE ATM AT SAINSBURYS PINHOE - DID NOT GET A RECEIPT!! NOR LATER ON DID I GET A PRINTED STATEMENT SO STEER CLEAR UTTER CRAPPO SYSTEM WILL IN FUTURE GO TO TESCO AND SHOP THERE!!!

AS others are saying FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! do not use these machines!!! I requested £200 yesterday @ 29 fifth road, Newbury - the machine pumped out £140 - I have never come across a cash machine that does that (they normally cancel the request if they don't have enough cash to cover), the shopkeeper assured me I would only be charged for the amount received but I was charged £160 - so I am down £20!!

Card swallowed for no reason.
What a PITA NoteMachine is!
Personally I will NEVER use a NoteMachine kiosk again.
Its far too disruptive to suddenly have my card taken and thus not worth the risk.
Sainsburys New Kent Road ATM

Sainsburys Newhaven: Machine has been changed but now does not give out £5 pound notes-Why? Also how about reinstating the other ATM which was removed with the excuse of Covid.

Used the NoteMachine ATM at Sainsbury's Maypole, Birmingham to take out £50. I requested a receipt which the machine gave, but never gave me any cash and has debited my account for £50.

i question wether this is a scam/ dodgy company. shame on sainsburys to sell to a useless? atm company

Their cash machines are out of order most of the time.

Fraudulent company dont use them steal your money tried to gef cash from atm and never recieved it due smashing machine up they then lie to bank saying machine gave money when it didnt

Can't give a zero. Used it today after watching 2 other people get cash out. My turn came and after selecting £40 to withdraw it started buffering ffs! Then it started saying no Internet connection and a Windows 7 came up. Jeez Windows 7, how out of date is that? Years. Anyway, it kept my card and my money. Card stopped but, my money was taken out of my account. Tried ringing the number on the machine and as soon as I got through to a person they just put the phone down. Happened twice. My bank cannot issue a claim until 24 hours as it's in limbo. Gone from my account but it may reappear tomorrow. This was the one at Sainsbury on the A10, Enfield.

I was about to use one of this ATM as it was stated that it is FREE withdraw. But at the end of the transaction it's appears that there is a fee for withdraw. So I canceled the transaction, ATM didn't give me any money but debited my account. So no money in cash and on the account. AVOID them!!!

Gotta say, I was expecting the worst after reading these reviews, but was positively surprised.
Cancelled an ATM withdrawal on one of their machines, and the transaction was pending for over a week, and therefore the funds unavailable. The card issuing institute blamed it on the ATM operator. After two quick phone calls with Notemachine's customer service, they sent me proof that they had the transaction voided, and the money refunded on their end. Both members of staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Maybe I got lucky, but from what I can tell, top-notch service.

Be careful using this machines. Their exchange rate is a ripoff.
Yesterday 18-10-2024 at 16:21 I withdrew money from an abroad bank account, using this notemachine ATM at Morrisons Warrington postcode WA4 6RN and they took a lot more money from my abroad account.
I withdrew from a cash machine from Tesco express, which is located 7 minutes away, 6 days previous to this and the exchange rate was the usual. Yesterday I was rushing and used this notemachine ATM and it told me the exchange rate which was ridiculous different but I thought there had been a massive exchange rate change. An hour later I checked online and there hadn’t been any big fluctuations in the last month’s exchange rate. So today I went to another cash machine (not a NOTEMACHINE ATM) and I withdrew some money just to check the exchange rate and it was the usual rate. I feel NOTEMACHINE ATM company has stolen my money and I want to dispute it. They took £70 from my foreign account to withdraw £250.
People in the UK needs to be aware of this and I am going to make people aware if they don’t give me the money back.
I contacted their customer service to be told that it is my foreign account that has to dispute it when the problem is not with my bank account. My bank only transferred the money they requested.

Used a note atm at my local Morrisons today to withdraw £40. Got the receipt but no cash. Checked my banking app immediately and the cash had gone from my account. Now waiting for my bank to deal with the problem. Surely this is THEFT! Avoid them at all costs.

I used this atm in Norwich town centre, I dont know why I just did not go to the bank and walk the extra steps now, as the day after I used this machine I became the victim of fraud, this machine had captured all my cards details and I am now trying to get my money back via bank fraud as transactions made to bet fred the next day, These scammers are very good now, I would not use these note machines again

DO NOT USE THIS ATM, they did not give me my money back at all, I lost £250 and there is no way to speak to someone as the answering machine hangs up without letting me speak to someone. I can not belive note machine is allowed to operate in the UK

I wish I saw these reviews before putting my card into one of their machines.
It should be a legal requirement for them to put clear signs on machines they own so people can avoid them at all costs.

My card was also swallowed by one's of their machines (M&S Sutton, Surrey highstreet). This was the second time in a matter of 3 weeks (silly me for trusting them again).

Their customer service team are not only extremely unhelpful buy they are also rude and abrupt on first answering the call.
They really shouldn't be able to operate not only in the UK but anywhere in the world.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

BUSINESS PLEASE STOP USING THEIR MACHINES OR YOU WILL ONLY START LOSING CUSTOMERS TOO.

They need to be investigated!
