How on earth do you contact this company? I've tried for four weeks via their own contact portal, phone and email to ask them simple enquiry. I've not had any response whatsoever. The phone just cuts off and emails etc are not acknowledged. I'm glad they don't supply my gas or electric. How they've got a 100% satisfaction rate is beyond me.
