I purchased a property through NPP and I would highly recommend them.
Bryony and Grant are well experienced and they helped me through this process.

There is no such thing as ‘Hands off’

Deal began June 23,
No contact from owner since Aug 23
Refurb started December 23/January 24
Refurb ‘finished’ April 24
Snagging complete by another company August 24
Rented October 24

Exorbitant sourcing fee (way above industry standard).
Things missed on survey (cost)
Refurb cost too high and constantly extra work, extra costs, other costs omitted from deal sheet which are fixed costs which you will have to pay.
Poor refurb process had to pay another company to snag ready for rent.
Overpromised on deal, proposed deal fell through, and I had to settle for alternative rent strategy (less).
As a result parts of the refurb already paid for were not necessary.
Communication inconsistent.

Pros
I have another property in my portfolio, although it be at what I consider great cost.
They do send pictures of the refurb.

I take responsibility for not doing due diligence and visiting the property/area in this regard I was a poor businessperson.
I have since done a property courses (paid) and free.
GDV, sourcing fees, build cost, no money down, due diligence and other terms etc.
This has been a great learning experience for me.
I would NOT work with NPP again.
I would urge anyone to do due diligence before working with any remote sourcing company. (Invest in a property course free or paid)

Constant flow of communication. I had full confidence everything was in hand and any questions I had were answered quickly. Made the whole process easy and took the stress away.

Amazing service and really helpful from start to finish.

Initially the investment manager James was very nice. We had a call and he found a deal which perfectly suited my criteria. Then when I was passed onto the project manager for the sale things started going wrong. Renu didn’t seem to be professional or proficient at her work. Luckily, she was promptly replaced with Bryony which pushed the deal through. For a sourced deal getting to completion took a very long time! From November to May. Their recommended solicitor was nice but his emails were often cluttered and confused. Over all Bryony is the reason that saved this review from being lower. The product is a great one but the team could use a brush up and show a more professional attitude and move a little bit quicker.

NPP have been very professional, quick to respond and helpful in every way. For someone who has no experience in property investment, I feel confident because of the strong team support. I really appreciated the team effort and helped me secure a BTL property.
