Exactly the same as the review below me. Up to £9.90, no problem getting there, and have been screened out of about 20 different surveys since then after entering in my age or location. They don't want you to withdraw. Very poor and a waste of time - Branded Surveys is much better and don't mess you around like this one.

Used to be good but recently been screened out of about 95% of recent surveys. The details I provide in the surveys perfectly match my profile details, I am not an active member of other survey sites either, so why am I even being invited to surveys if they are not a match for me?

I've even done 'screeners' that may as well have been actual paid surveys, they were at least a dozen pages long, and detailed enough to collect substantial data on me, beyond basic demographics, which I feel is wrong when I am not being compensated for this data I am giving up!

Users who get screened out, should still get a base pay, based on the length of the screener, at a rate of 2p per question, to discourage companies from using lengthy screeners as a way to harvest free data from your userbase (because let's face it, that's what most of these companies are probably doing, and it's fraudulent to allow this to continue without compensating people for their work).

I can't understand why there are so many positive reviews when I get screened out of so many surveys. Over the past 5 years I have earned an average of £26 per year.

Too many screen-outs to be worth my time, 13 of last 14 surveys have screened me out as not meeting the necessary criteria. Not sure what you have against middle aged men with a job? Surveys good when you aren't screened out but that's rare. I guess less screen outs with our surveys sites....

One of the best survey sites in my opinion. You can easily earn £20 per month and a lot more if you do the focus project daily. Customer service is very helpful and typically reply within a few hours and sort the issue out quite quickly. Would highly recommend.

I've been screened out of 25 of the last 27 surveys I've attempted. That is just ludicrous I'm afraid and I don't understand it. I'm giving it an extra star as some of the surveys are quite enjoyable. But I'm amazed at all the positive reviews to be honest!

The withdrawal went through with the usual timescale, and I duly received my voucher which I will enjoy using. Thank you Panelbase for your continued efficiency.

This is a great way to voice your opinion and earn at the same time. Always interesting subject and good rewards. Well worth doing.

They send surveys regularly and when there is a clarification required a prompt and helpful response can be relied upon. The only real aggravation I've had related to a few longer multi part surveys that they subsequently denied all knowledge of or changed the settings to impossible to complete such as expiry dates before starting dates or deliberate time spacing that made them uncompleteable. But since I have little trust on the ephemeral nature of online work I'd saved enough screen captures that miraculously 'convinced' them within a few days so no loss to me but be prepared for such incidents.

Payment went through no issue at all. Does as it says on the tin! Good company, interesting surveys and it sticks to its word :)

I’m really sorry, but 95% of the surveys I get either just started or half way through and they shut me down as I’m not what they want. Was getting loads when I first joined get barely any now the only ones that go through are the minimal amount of money which I’ve not seen any of yet and never offered vouchers. I did this because I can no longer work due to illness as soon as I type that and my age in I’m shut down. Just give me my money I’m not bothering anymore

it's actually good and they give you money or vouchers if you want so i can't complain

This is a great survey site, it has interesting surveys and the rewards are fair, does not take long to earn a good reward and payment is always quick and easy.

Payment application process was quite straight forward and was paid as promised.

I have been with Panelbase for around three years now and they always furnish me with plenty of surveys, although my age of 73 does omit me from some.
I have quickly reached £60+ on my account which includes a £25 prize from one compiler. As always, Panelcare swiftly sent £50 to my Bank account.
