We were looking for replacement Garden furniture and saw the Heritage Teak Wood outdoor dining set on line at a reasonable price ,ordered it on the Friday morning and paid the extra for quick delivery.
From ordering to delivery was less than 24 Hours,we were really pleased with the overall buying experience and can fully recommend them.
It arrived palletised very well packaged ,no damage .The delivery company were good too ,pleasant ,obliging ,unloading no problem driver too.

I received a faulty parasol and reported the issue by email. To the company’s credit, they replied within minutes and offered a replacement, so at first it felt like a very positive experience.

Unfortunately, that was three weeks ago and the replacement still hasn’t arrived. I chased by email after 14 days and again after 17 days, but have had no response to either message. I also tried calling for an update, but the phone number no longer appears to work, which is concerning.

Is this company still operating? Be careful before you buy....

I originally left a much worse review for this company! They were incredibly slow to reply to an issue with my furniture but there were extenuating circumstances. They were very apologetic and everything was sorted out quickly and fairly once they did get in touch.

Some improvement needed regarding communication. I had no email informing me of the delivery and when it did arrive I was out of the country. I received a phone call from the delivery driver who was outside my house. Any emails that had previously been sent were constructed with grammatical and spelling errors. The garden furniture eventually arrived without communication. I had no idea it was arriving. That said, the product is good and we are pleased with it. The company just needs to improve/ work on its communication.

They were right on time with their delivery status very efficient and friendly. My table and chairs are really lovely. The colour teak is nice but I have sealed the furniture with Teak oil for a longer resistant to weather , doing that has also brought out the beautiful colour of the wood which has made it darker but I love it!!!!

After delivering the wrong item, bench instead of dining set, correct items received. Very impressed with the quality I was not expecting the goods to be of such a weight and finish for the price. Slight damage to arm of one chair but easily sanded down and difficult to notice. Would buy from them again.

Fast delivery and the delivery chap was polite and helpful with the unloading. Very happy with products again and would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from them.

Vey great quality wood but a little disappointing in terms of the alignment for being able to slot everything together. Multiple holes and slot were off meaning it was incredibly difficult to get the legs in place and the dowels in - some of the dowels even split and having to use a mallet to really drive them in and for one even just slot the wood together meant a real risk for splitting the wood.

Didn’t have the greatest experience with this company. Apparently the table we ordered was not in stock, so we were offered a more expensive one for an extra cost. On delivery day the driver constantly tried to upsell; covers, parasol, a bench - and kept trying despite declining. We were delivered the wrong colour cushions and promised replacements would be posted, nothing arrived so we emailed them and they assured us they would send them, another month and an ignored email and we still don’t have the correct cushions and are having to do a chargeback via our credit card provider. Overall I’d avoid, the customer service is poor.

Tory delivered our dining table and chairs and built them so I they were all in situ within 45 mins
We didn’t have a parasol he had one in the back of the van which matched the green cushions so we were able to purchase
He set up everything, a first class delivery service experience the product quality is fabulous

I am very happy with the table and chairs. I ordered the heavier slightly more expensive eight seater. The table is excellent! The help from the staff is first class and are nice people. I have noticed a couple of cracks at the top of two chairs which I will take up with the sellers for advice. Over all I think it is excellent quality and good value.

Absolutely love the garden furniture, very well made and looks great.
